1 starI saw a rental property listed on ****** that was managed by Complete Realty Solutions and completed a brief questionnaire to request a viewing. Among other details, the questionnaire required me to list my credit score and also include a copy of my driver's license. After I submitted the viewing request, I received a response via text almost immediately that read "Unfortunately we cannot accommodate your showing at [property address] since you don't meet the rental requirements for this unit." I responded, asking what the rental requirements were and pointed out that there were no rental requirements posted on the property listing. They messaged back saying that the credit score range I listed did not meet their minimum score required (600). In fact, the range I listed was ******* (unarguably not the best, but I was honest), so my choice did actually meet the minimum score of 600. In reality, I follow my credit score closely, and the various credit bureaus list very different scores...one lists a score of slightly below 600 and another lists it as well above 600. Again, the listing mentioned nothing about requiring a minimum credit score to view or rent the property. They automatically rejected my request for a viewing based on a credit range option (*******) that actually did meet their minimum (600). My problem is not that they have a credit requirement, but rather that they do not disclose on their Zillow listing that they do have a credit requirement and what that is. This felt not only unfair but somewhat discriminatory. Their questionnaire included no way to write in a specific score or provide notes about the range I chose. Credit scores can change on a daily basis, and are not necessarily a reflection of character or responsibility. In the future, I'll skip over any properties that are listed through Complete Realty and have already share my experience with friends and social media. If this is how they do things, I don't want to be their tenant. Their loss.Review fromAmanda f

Applied for a rental almost immediately after posting. Paid 2 application fees for 80 bucks each and called after viewing no response. Texted multiple times with zero response. Wanted to move forward but instead got a text saying no longer available and never a response on my applications. So you scammed me out of 160Complete Realty Solutions, LLC

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.Per Fair Housing regulations and our publicly stated application policy, we are required to process applications on a first-come, first-serve basisonly once all required documentation is submitted. While your application was received, it was not complete at the time another applicant provided all required documents, including proof of income, employment verification, landlord verification, and paid all move-in fees.Unfortunately, without those supporting materials, we cannot consider an application complete, and we're not able to hold a property while waiting for additional items. We make every effort to respond in a timely manner, but demand can sometimes exceed our response time during peak periods. That said, your application fees can absolutely be applied to another available property, and wed be happy to help you find a home that works for you.We also want to assure you that this is not a scam. Our process complies with housing laws designed to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all applicants. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to explore other available optionswed be glad to *********** regards,Complete ******************* SolutionsReview fromAnthony W

Do your due diligence here. This company will nickel and dime you to death. They claim to not have any "hidden fee's" but you'll find fee's on every invoice sent to you. I asked for a fee list and they said they didn't have one....sounds like hidden fee's to me. My tenants were extremely dissatisfied with the company and I had no idea until I took over. I asked the management company several times if there was anything the tenants needed only to find out the tenants were asking for things and being told the property is "as is" or we will get back to you and never did. When I fired them the owner took a very nasty tone and said word for word "we don't need you, we are turning away new business everyday."I fired them with a week left in the month and did not expect to be credited for the last week. But on the flip side if my tenants accidentally sent rent to them for the next month they told me they'd have to charge me 10% of that money to send it to me. This is the kind of shady business they run there.Complete Realty Solutions, LLC

Thank you for your feedback. We take all comments seriously and strive to ensure our clients' service satisfaction. However, clarifying some key points regarding your experience with us is important to ensure a complete and accurate understanding for anyone reading this review. On ************************* prides itself on transparency, and we do not have hidden fees. We spend approximately one hour via Zoom on the front end with all new property owners as part of our in-depth onboarding process so we ensure a complete alignment of expectations and discuss the service scope we provide. From there, we issue a three-page management agreement detailing all charges associated with management that must be signed before we commence services. These steps are in place to ensure expectations, services, and related costs are reviewed in their entirety. The charges you referred to were for additional services you specifically requested, which involved packing and moving items from your fully furnished property. These tasks are not included in our standard property management services, as it is unreasonable to expect that our monthly fee of approximately $100 could cover the extensive costs associated with moving labor. Additionally, we coordinated a donation pickup to help you receive a tax credit for those itemsa complimentary service that also goes beyond what is typically covered under standard management.Tenant Satisfaction:We are committed to maintaining excellent relationships with tenants and ensuring their needs are met. During our brief management period, any requests made by your tenants were handled in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement and your instructions. The property was transitioned into a long-term rental under your direction, and we were able to secure a tenant and lease in less than a week, something that had not been accomplished in several months before we were involved with your previous management team. Thats a performance metric that cant be refuted.Ending the Business Relationship:Our decision to part ways was not taken lightly but was driven by the rudeness and unreasonable demands that made the working relationship untenable. We were your third management company in the past 12 months, which speaks volumes about the challenges of working with you. As shown in the attached screenshot from our email exchange, we terminated the relationship and provided a credit for management fees as a goodwill gesture, anticipating that ending our services might lead to a negative review or dispute, much like the one we're now addressing. The only reason we stated that management fees would continue if rent payments were mistakenly sent to us after termination was to create a deterrent from you forcing us to continue managing the property without following through on the necessary steps to transition management, as per our agreement.Client History and Market Context:You came to us after being dissatisfied with other respected property management companies. While we always aim to meet the needs of our clients, it's worth noting that your expectations and treatment of our team led to our decision to end the business relationship. Our goal is to work with owners who respect our team's efforts and align with our professional standards. We believe in operating with integrity and transparency. While we regret that our services did not meet your expectations, we also feel its important to share the full context to benefit those considering working with us. We wish you the best in your future endeavorsReview fromShannon E

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! First lets start with the fact that my father is elderly, disabled, and on a fixed income as a tenant in a house hes been living in before this slumlord of a company took over ownership of the property. There are major repairs that need to be done around the interior and exterior of the home, but instead of actually doing the repairs, they offered my dad a few months of free rent like they didnt go up on his rent twice in less than a 12 month calendar year. Did I mention my dad is disabled and on a fixed income?? And then more recently I would say about a month or so ago give or take, a raccoon came down the chimney of the home, through the fireplace and into the home and THESE FOLKS HANDLED THIS SITUATION BEYOND **** POORLY. Between Complete Realty Solutions, the head of maintenance, and ******* pest control, and constantly being told we would have to be transferred to the property manager and NEVER even speaking to her, everyone gave us the run around for a week. My disabled father had been trapped in his home with something that has the rabies disease and one scratch or nibble could potentially be fatal. This was handled as if they had something more important to do than to get a raccoon out of a home that a disabled man (who cant just get up and get away from it on his own) resides at. I hope no other tenants arent going through this nightmare and never will have to go through this. Please PLEASE PLEASE seek another property company to go through. Save yourself the mental anguish and stress this company has put my father and myself through. Oh, and this is still an ongoing issue.Complete Realty Solutions, LLC

The party submitting the complaint is not a person on the lease, or we would have loved to speak to her directly. However, since her initial negative response on ****** and before this complaint, we have spoken at length to her father (the lessee) regarding this, and it has been fully resolved. The incident regarding pests was addressed by our maintenance staff after a work order was placed. We contacted a pest extermination company and scheduled their earliest available appointment. In addition, I spoke to the resident and asked that if the animal caused any damage, to place a work order with photos so we could address those issues as well. I also set an expectation with the resident that if ever there were future issues that he could call any local wildlife agencies or animal control for immediate assistance while also placing a work order so we could ensure the property was protected from future entry. Our company has since capped the fireplace where all parties believe the animal was entering from. Lastly, I discussed the rent increase with the tenant in depth before it occurred and we had come to a conclusion that worked best for all parties involved (the owner and the tenant). The owner wanted to pursue market rent of the property for their own financial purposes and gave the tenant the options of suggesting repairs to the home, credits toward rent so they would not see a financial shift during the term of their lease, or to move if these options simply wouldn't work. The tenant chose the credits and was glad to move forward under these terms. After speaking with the resident since the post both I and the tenant appeared to be on amicable terms and in agreement of how the issues were being resolved.Review fromJoseth P

1 starThis company has been very uncooperative with me and have had many problems with tenants not following rules, noise problems and if you have a complaint nothing will be done with it. Keep an eye on your portal because of mishandling.
