      I am receiving harassing emails from 1st Phorm. They come into my Inbox as ****************************************** and it is relentless.

      Thank you for reaching out. After looking into this it looks like your email was entered on our check out page on Nov 15th 2023.       This company persists in sending me spam emails despite numerous requests to stop. They just won't.

It looks like your email was put through our unsubscribe portal however I do not see that we have any account info under the email provided for any email outreach.       For the past several weeks, I have started to receive emails from 1st Phorm. I never purchased anything from them. I never signed up to be on their list. And every time I try to unsubscribe, the link takes me to somewhere that doesn't exist (the URL itself is extremely suspicious). I tried marking the emails as spam, which they absolutely are IMO, but I'm still getting them. Being automatically opted in is bad enough, but they do not provide a way to opt out at all. As far as I am concerned, this company should be shut down.

      Hi. I have been getting an email from 1st Phorm for a year now to two different email accounts of mine. It’s the same email from them to two different email accounts of mine. I have tried many many times to unsubscribe through the link in their emails. Not successful. I have called them numerous times. I have spent time on the phone with them trying to make sure that they delete me from their email distribution list. I still am getting emails to both of my email accounts as of TODAY. I am attaching confirmation screenshots of my last attempt to unsubscribe which was last week. And then just yesterday I got a 1st Phorm email to both of my email accounts again. This is incredibly frustrating. It is wasting my time to spend so much time and effort to try and unsubscribe from their messages for months! I don’t use their products, I don’t use their app, I have tried to unsubscribe from them on my phone, I’ve tried on my computer, I’ve tried calling them on the phone and talking with them. Nothing is working! How can this be considered okay???? Please help me!

I was able to delete your email addresses from our system. If you receive any other emails these could potentially be from other outlets. Our goal is to keep our customers informed with information through emails but I completely understand the frustration when you wish to no longer receive that.
