I signed up for 1st Phorm's Legionnaire program, where I pay to basically market their products. I was told that I would receive 15% commission on my buy in, and any products purchased through my link. I bought in on July 30, 2025 for $115.00 and bought additional products on August 10, 2025 totaling $76.02. I have provided them with my banking information to receive my commission funds, I could see the initial funds in their processing data base, and then they disappeared. I have since been going back and forth, getting the run around from them about receiving the funds. They have made it near impossible to receive the funds and if I didn't follow up with them strenuously I believe I would never received the funds. I still have not received the funds, I was told to email one of their specific email addresses, they replied asking me to reach out to the same email address. I have, as of today, September 3, 2025 been asked to join a call with another employee to try and receive my funds.Business Response

We understand how important it is for our customers to feel supported and confident in the process, and we recognize that in this case, we fell short of that standard.
After thoroughly reviewing the situation, I have confirmed that our team issued full refunds for every purchase made by this customer. These refunds ensure the customer has been made whole for all amounts invested, including both access fees and product purchases as of September 3, 2025.
We hope this demonstrates our commitment to doing right by our customers and standing behind our word. We have also provided the customer with a direct line of support to ensure they can reach us without difficulty for any future questions or needs.

I receive daily email messages from 1st Phorm--multiple times a day--when I have never had any contact with this company. I have never bought anything from them. I don't even know what they sell. I don't want to click on "Unsubscribe" because I don't want to give them any more of my info. Unlike other senders I can block, 1st Phorm has found a way to keep me from blocking them so I can't stop their messages from coming. I have concerns about this complaint and the information that is being asked I share. I am not able to share an IP address as this is viewed as personally identifiable information. I provided the customer the date the site was visited and also provided a link to our privacy policy which explains how information is collected and how a customer can opt out of receiving emails. Our records show that only one email was sent and I removed his email so he will not receive further emails.

you are a outright liarI have received NUMEROUS emails.
Furthermore, I NEVER subscribed, I NEVER visited your web site, and I do **NOT** want your emails.
I have **EVERY** right to know how your company obtained my email, I also have the right to know when/where and how I was subscribed.
Furthermore.
The "CAN SPAM" act, allows for me to take legal action against your company.
"Violations of CAN-SPAM are subject to statutory penalties of $250 per violating e-mail, with a maximum of $2 million, plus attorneys' fees. Penalties may be greater if actual damages are proved, and penalties for willful and aggravated violations may be tripled."
So unless you wish to defend yourself in court, which YOU WILL be responsible for court and attorney fee's, I highly suggest you disclose the information that is MY RIGHT to know.

For the past several weeks, I have started to receive emails from 1st Phorm. I never purchased anything from them. I never signed up to be on their list. And every time I try to unsubscribe, the link takes me to somewhere that doesn't exist (the URL itself is extremely suspicious). I tried marking the emails as spam, which they absolutely are IMO, but I'm still getting them.
Being automatically opted in is bad enough, but they do not provide a way to opt out at all. As far as I am concerned, this company should be shut down.Business Response
