    ******************************************* stopped servicing the ************************** located at **************** in mid-August 2024. We received an email notifying us of service issues on August 30. With no response to our contact with the company and no services provided, an email was sent on September 18 cancelling service. Several attempts were made to contact the company by email and phone including the one included on October 1. On October 8, a certified letter was sent cancelling service. ******************************************* still has 1 dumpster and 3-4 cans in our recycling area and are still invoicing us.

    They have not picked up our services in over a month. They are not returning calls to us, no one answers the phone or responds to us. We would like for them to refund for the month they have not completed our service and to pick up our recycling.

    We are a business and have not had service in over a month. We pay
    quarterly and on time. We have called multiple times and sent multiple
    emails with no correspondence.
    The dumpster is full and require it to be maintained as the terms of the
    contract.

    St. Louis Recycling removed our 2 yard recycling dumpster from our premises in early June 2024 with no notice. They have failed to respond to numerous attempts to reach them, both by phone and in writing via email and their website. We have received no services for 90 days, however, they continue to debit $86.61 per month directly from our checking account.We demand the automatic deductions be stopped immediately with confirmation of same. We seek a refund of the total amount paid of $259.83 since services ceased in early June 2024.

    This company has ghosted us in all communications.   The waste company came, without any warning, in June and took the dumpster.  We thought they were replacing, but they did not.  We have paid $86.61 for four months with no service.   I finally had to request from our bank that they block any ACH pulls and that was effective in October.

    We have used St. Louis Recycling Waste and been satisfied with their service in the past. We are no longer in need of their service and have tried to contact them several times with no call back. We are ok with paying an early termination fee if owed; however, we want to be acknowledged that we no longer require the service and know the amount we owe. Since February / March, we have sent numerous text messages, left phone messages, sent emails and reversed charges paid to them on our credit card. We have received no response to any of these methods used to contact them and they continue to send us invoices.

    For 3 months we have been trying to contact this company. I represent Room at the inn and we have been needing to change our payment method for a while, specifically to a card. We have tried calling the number (**************) in which we have left more than one message and more than one email. We still need their services but are having a devil of a time contacting them.

    As of September 1st, they were still charging the card.  We had to report the card as lost in order to get the charges stopped.  We still have the bin.  We have not been able to recoup the money for the last six months of services.

    apparently the company has gone out business without letting there customers know and there still deducting for services. Have tried past 2 months to get ahold of someone with no results.

    Once again, this company has deducted for services that they are not providing on 7/1/24. Reached out again with no response. Have not received any refunds as they stated they would provide on 6/27, now we have another month deducted. Thats three months of no service yet deducting ach payments for Servies.

    Once again you have deducted payment you need to credit this back and shut these ach payments off how can you keep deducting these payments when you have no service.

    I have not received a refund for the 3-4 months that I requested.  I solved this issue myself by going to my bank and putting a stop payment on the company.

    We have been clients of St. Louis Recycling since September 2018. The company has become increasingly difficult to communicate with and we had not had any service since November 2023, with the exception of final pick up of bins in February, yet payment of $25/mo has been pulled from our account via ACH, as recently as April 2024. I called, emailed and texted too many times to count to resolve the billing to no avail. I finally issued a stop payment via the bank. The situation has been time consuming, frustrating and beyond unprofessional. At the very least we are entitled to $125 refund, but I am most interested in filing a complaint to warn other customers.

    I have been emailing, calling and sent a letter to their accounting department with no response at all for the past 4 months. I just received an invoice dated today, Nov. 1, 2023, showing an incorrect balance due, payments for the last 2 months have not been applied even though they have cleared our bank. There is a $15 late fee in there which is not delineated. I emailed an authorization for auto pay enrollment on August 4th but nothing happened so I continued to submit check payments. It says check payments to be discontinued Jan. 1, 2024 and only electronic payments will be accepted. I postal mailed another payment with the same sign and a letter asking for a telephone call confirming receipt of the agreement. No response. I&#**;ve emailed their accounting department, I have called their office and there is a continuous busy signal. My resolution is to apply our payments and correct our invoices, confirm our payments and enroll us in auto pay. We only owe $97.43.

    The company has never sent me another bill.  We cancelled the service and cut ties.
