I contracted with ******* ******** d/b/a Raymond the Remodeler in July of 2021. He was suppose to begin work on July 12, 2021, but didn't show. He didn't show for several days and may have worked a total of 5 hours the first week. He showed up sporadically for the first 3 weeks. Over the next 3 months I was waiting on permits, but Mr. ******************** was supposed to continue to do what he could on the project. I reached out to him again around Thanksgiving to let him know he could continue to move forward with things. he told me he could start back up the first week of December. Again, Mr. ******************** failed to show up. I tried calling him, texting and emailing him to no avail. Eventually he reached out to me on January 4, 2022, to discuss a meeting to either complete work or return the money. Never heard from him again. Mr. ******************** was paid $7,250 deposit, on a $14,500 contract. To date only about 10% of the work has been performed. Customers need to be aware that this gentleman is not a responsible businessman. Please do not throw your money away hiring the man.

************* hired us to complete a job that someone else had left...He gave us a deposit to begin, we began, 2 weeks into project he had us halt until he and his other contractor got there act together about pulling the proper permits, well that took a month and a half, that wait on him to get permits pushed us out 3 months, We told him that, also contacted him about restarting the project, and hadn't heard back until now. More than willing to complete..

REPLY REJECTED! I have email and text message proof that I was trying to reach Mr. ********************* to complete the work. Like I said he gave me a new start date and never showed up. I called many times also, but my cellphone doesn't keep call logs that long. If he was willing, why hasn't he returned my calls or responded to other communication efforts?

Updated 6/1/22! I sued ******* ******** and he didnt show up to court, because he has no explanation on his failure to honor our contract. Customers beware. He is not trustworthy, honest, nor dependable. Take your money elsewhere.
