      I received a email from them and they contacted the shipper and they said they lost the package. They ask if I wanted a refund and I told them yes. Thank you for looking into this.

      I placed an order on 6/13. I was issued a tracking number on 6/17 and marked my order as complete on 6/20 but as of 6/24 the package has not actually been given to the shipping company. American reloading has yet to reply to my email and does not pick up their phone or have a voicemail box.

      I made an online purchase dated 2/15/2024 for a total of $194.99. I have yet to get an order confirmation, funds have been distributed and have sent 3 emails to the contact page to which no responses. The number they have posted online does not have anyone answering and says mailbox is full. I would either like to be refunded or have the order sent to me with an email confirmation. There are no notations on the site of delays, etc

      I purchased order ***** and only a partial order was received and the. * **** has been impossible to contact. The order is attached and the ***** photo showing the 6 boxes of bullets and there being no box of primers with the delivery. I’d like a refund of the 359.99 that was spend for the small pistol primers. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank already

      I ordered 500 projectiles on 8/22/23 the product was shipped in a few days. When I received the order the package it was torn open and all the projectiles were missing! I called for several days and emailed several times to try and talk to someone. Today 8/28/23 I called and am told the number cannot be completed as dialed! They have not tried to get back to me after many attempts. Pretty bad customer service. I need this resolved, and I need the product or my money back. Thank you.

      I placed an order on 3-22-23 Order number ********* I received it and the entire ***** bag was demolished. It was actually placed in a clear plastic bag by shipper. It wasn’t a signed for packed. It was left at my door. I only received half the bullets I ordered due to damage. Ive sent 2 emails A ******** message and and ********* message with zero response. I’ve bought several times from American reloading. I even ordered another pack of bullets after being I’ve got no response from them. The price is good. But the customer service and packing is awful unless it’s a boxed item

      I ordered 1,000 1k premium mix ******** bullets ************ order date order ****** received two tracking numbers.. ********************** **********************  first tracking has had no update after the 15th and only making it 23 miles away from there place of business was scheduled for delivery on the 19th second was made on the 21st-22nd but never shipped I have called both phone numbers I could find, 1 of which tells you to use there email okay I have tried every email more then once including twice at there webstore, I have also tried doing it the way by clicking on there email link using windows pop-up express emailing there is no way to get ahold of them, if something go's wrong Why is this still a problem!!? was going to order more but I am not going to order from some one that can't get me my 1st order before I order more.. I should not have to file a complaint here just to get some communication ! it's not encouraging to do business with I just want my bullets I paid for thats it thats all I want

      I had placed an order with American reloading on 1-24-2023 for 8 lbs of smokeless powder. My credit card was promptly charged however nothing was ever shipped. I have sent several emails and have called numerous times but have not gotten a response. Their customer service is terrible and I just want to resolve this issue.
