I placed this order January 17 , 2023 order number is ********** I ordered 5000 small pistol primers and 2000 large pistol primers. A week later the order was delivered by ***** and i signed for it. When i opened the package up i ended up receiving 7000 small pistol primers. Normally i wouldn't care but theres a $48 difference. Large pistol primers cost more. So i sent 3 emails and called numerous times to avail. Theres 3 options im open too, 1) exchange the small for the large 2) give me a $48 discount code and ill repurchase the large pistol primers or 3) credit my credit card $48. All are reasonable solutions. Getting no responce just gets you frustrated. I hope they do right somehow.Business response

Good morning, We responded to ***** on Jan 31st in regards to his issue. We also issued him a $50 refund for the problem on Jan 31st and he confirmed it was received on Feb 2nd. Prior to this he claimed he tried contacting us but we didn't have any emails sent to our standard customer service email until Jan 30th. We let people know the best and only way to contact us is at ***************************We will do a better job getting our contact info out there so customers reach out to the correct email.

8/5/22 Order # ****** .223 55gr FMJ BT 2000ct $118.99 Tracking no. ********************* I ordered 2000 .223 55gr FMJ BT bullets, the order they sent was 867 bullets, short 1133 bullets. I have tried to contact customer service by email 3 times and by phone 2 time with no response.Business response

Hello,
We resolved the issue with the customer by completing their order and giving them extra product for the mistake. We recently switched email providers and have a safety feature that blocked the customer's emails. The customer is satisfied with this solution.

I first placed my order on Oct 25, for 1,000 rounds of 300blackout ammo. They shipped it out pretty fast but I never received my product. I have tried to call them everyday about the lost order and I have sent at least 3 emails with no response. if we can come to an agreement I will retract this complaint. Hi,
We responded within 2-3 business days like our auto reply stated and we replaced the ammo. His original order was "delivered" by FedEx but he never received it so we had to file a claim and still haven't gotten reimbursed for it. We allowed a few days for FedEx to find the lost package which they didn't so instead of issuing a refund we sent him another order. We accidently sent the wrong product so we had to resend it just the other day. The customer is receiving a replacement order plus some shirts and a hat for the hassle. Again, his original order was shipped out within a couple days of his order and was lost by FedEx which isn't on us. We replaced it and still haven't been paid by FedEx because it shows "Delivered" on the tracking. End of the day we are out over $500 and the customer is receiving his order plus a better valued product and extras.
