    I contacted this business through a ******** ad on 7.13.23, after reading good reviews. ******* agreed to clean my rental house as I was moving out. She first quoted me $150, then met with me on **** to do a walkthrough of the home, and said it would be $175. We discussed specific cleaning items, such as the refrigerator and stove interiors. That was the agreed upon price. On **** at 11:50 am, I left $175 cash in an envelope in the home, and told ******* where the key was. She messaged at 1:35, anticipating work to begin at 2:00pm. Later that same day at 5:23pm, she messaged me and said the house was done, and that there was a stain in the bathtub. Upon inspection on ****, I messaged ******* because the top of the refrigerator was still dirty, the back bathroom didn't look like it had been touched at all. There were spider webs all over, debris under the kitchen sink and upper cabinets. ******* replied that the house was in "very poor condition" and had several bags of trash that needed removal, which I do not believe to be true. She said the job took longer than anticipated, and she should have been more specific about her expectations. I felt like she wanted me to clean before she came in to do a cleaning. She said that she could go over and "touch up a few things" because she didn't want me unhappy. I asked her to complete the items I had requested. She said she would go back on **** to complete the items. That was at 9:31 am. At 4:38 pm, I had attempted to message her to check on the progress and found I had been blocked. Upon further inspection of the house at 4:50 pm, none of the requested items had been corrected. I was forced to finish the cleaning job myself so that I could check out with my landlord on time without incurring a penalty. Her website advertises "professionalism at it's finest," and my experience was everything but professional.I would be ashamed to put my name on a business that only did part of the job that was required.
