      *******************************, manager, is a perfectly wonderful, caring & valuable employee at Voepel Properties! She helped us renew our lease and was so patient going over the yearly amount on the great house! It's our second year and hope to continue several more years. A/C needed recharging and maintenance came immediately! Then they came out to activate furnace for winter! The house is in excellent condition and we take pride in maintaining its integrity! Voepel Properties is the BEST property management company we have EVER worked with! So if you need a great home with a superior management team, go to their web site and view their available properties! You will be in ************* home you can get! Thank you, Voepel friends!
