    Purchased multiple bags of black oil sunflower seeds over the course of time. Quality of seeds with excessive amounts of debris and now adding a cheap filler of white milo. States on bag,freshness and quality guaranteed. False advertising. Have tried to register complaint via 800number but gets disconnected. No accountability. This is my last resort.

    We show no record of this consumer reaching out to us. There are four ways we may be contacted; email, phone, USPS  or voice message. Our phones are manned Monday through Friday from 8 AM -5 PM EST. We do guarantee our products and will be more than happy to review for a refund when we have the information in which to do so. We do not believe that any false advertising is involved as the product is fresh when it leaves our warehouse. We have no control over the product from that point until the consumer purchases it. We do not know where or for how long the product has been stored.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Yes, they do not have a complaint from me because when I called their complaint line I was put on hold, twice, and they disconnected.  False advertising on the bag.  There is no "premium sunflower seed", the seeds are tiny at best and the bag has more twigs and debris in it then seeds.  Also there is milo filler!  I don't want a refund for the bags I purchased, I can see that the quality control is gone.  I wanted my complaint registered to the BBB.  Done.

    I recently purchased different vegetable seed packets from **** ***** that are made by Pennington Seed. They had a variety that seemed different and interesting. I bought sweet banana pepper seeds and sweet chocolate pepper seeds. Everything was planted and sprouted but to my surprise I have a bunch of basil growing a mix of green and purple basil. No peppers and the banana peppers are not banana peppers they look to have a different type of pepper growing but not what we wanted. I got onto the company website to contact them multiple times at the bottom of one of their review pages it’s all customer complaints of people buying seeds and getting cheap herbs and onion grasses. I received no reply or explanation. I believe ****** and **** ***** need to stop selling the seeds until this company can get their product straightened out. The seeds are packaged and advertised as organic non-gmo also, but who knows where these herb seeds came from or what it even is. I didn’t keep my receipt because they were $3 seed packets and started growing. But it seems from other complaints, without a receipt the company will not refund anything.
