I purchased a 2018 dodge ram 1500 and had to trade my car in in order to receive financing from global lending financial then finance manager said GAP AND ALPHA WARRANTY WAS MANDATORY. GAP=$1500 alpha electrical warranty =$2000 then later was told by finance manager i the buyer was gonna eat that fee they weren’t the gap and other warranty was a fee dealship was charged to finance me they had to put in contract somewhere to add fees and also forged my name on several documents . However, SHOW-ME -AUTO-MALL failed to deliver the valid title to the vehicle within 30 days of the purported sale, violating the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. I STILL do not have title to the vehicle and I am pulled over 3-4 times a week as a result of the dealership known as SHOWME AUTO-MALL in Harrisonvile Missouri . I am very upset. and need help

The Complainant did not purchase a vehicle from Show Me Auto Mall, Inc. on June 4, 2022, but did purchase a vehicle from Show Me Auto Mall, Inc. on March 29, 2022. Show Me Auto Mall, Inc. specifically and vehemently denies that the Complainant’s signature was forged on any documents, as Show Me Auto Mall, Inc. at all times conducts its business ethically and according to the law. As to the Claimant’s allegation that he has not received title to the vehicle, Show Me Auto Mall, Inc. shipped the title to the Complainant with proof of delivery, and the title was delivered to the Claimant’s address. As to the Claimant’s remaining allegations, shortly after purchasing the vehicle on March 29, 2022, the Complainant decided he did not want some of the additional services he had purchased with the vehicle, and Show Me Auto Mall, Inc. offered to restructure the purchase to remove these services. However, the Complainant did not agree to restructure the purchase, filed a lawsuit against Show Me Auto Mall, Inc., and has not made any of the required monthly payments under the purchase agreement since taking possession of the vehicle nearly two years ago. Show Me Auto Mall, Inc. denies any wrongdoing with regard to the Complainant’s interactions with Show Me Auto Mall, Inc., and asserts that any dissatisfaction on the part of the Complainant is due to the Complainant’s own actions and/or failures to act.

This is the response to complaint 20546083 and customer ******* ******.  I have personally spoke with *** ****** regarding the situation with the vehicle that he purchased from us.  It is a 2018 Ford 250 with 286,745 miles.  The Show Me Auto Mall has offered to refund his money in full and buy the vehicle back from him.  He also has sent an attachment with his complaint that states that we were willing to pay the bill in full at *** ***** **** that we received from him.  He was aware of the form that he would have to sign for us to pay his bill in full but came to the dealership and refused to sign it.  This form is because he did not want us to fix any problems in our service department and wanted to take it elsewhere.  This is stating that *** ***** **** would now be the responsible party for fixing the repairs and if anything further happened with the repairs that it would be between *** ****** and *** ***** ****.  We have offered to buy it back and offered to pay full repair for his vehicle.  The Show Me Auto Mall deems this to be resolved as we feel that we have been more than fair in this matter.  Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter.  ************ or by email at ***************************

We purchased a Subaru Impreza Sport in August of 2017. When we purchased the vehicle we also bought a warrenty for 10 years/100,000 miles, that was to cover the entire vehicle. In July of this year the number 4 cylinder failed due to a valve spring. The car was had 85,682 miles on it. We took the car to Show Me Auto Mall, since the car was bought from them and was told the warrantly would not be covered without receipts of the oil changes. We emailed Show Me Auto Mall and the warranty company the pictures of the receipts. They said they wouldn't honor them since they didn't include the car make, VIN # and mileage. Then one October 6th ***** went back to the dealership and requested the warranty be cancelled and a refund issued. We were advised a refund would be issued to ***** *****, who holds the loan. To this date we still havent received the money on the account and the dealership is not taking our calls or stating they will have someone call us back which they don't do. Please help we are wanting the refund we were promised.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium on August 25, 2022. It came with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty that states that 100% of parts and labor will be covered after a $100 deductible. I also purchased an external warranty for coverage past the Dealer Warranty limits. No problems noted upon test drive and purchase contracts were signed. 2 days after purchase the "check engine" light came on. Vehicle brought to a local licensed auto repair shop as soon as possible. They stated that there was a misfire with cylinder 3 and it needed repair. I called this dealership to arrange repair under their Dealer Warranty, and spoke with ****** (who spoke with "***" in finance), who stated that the external warranty ("*********") must be used if it was purchased. I told the auto repair shop this, and the repair was made and paid for. The vehicle kept having the same issue, so the mechanic used a camera to look for a further problem, and one was found estimated to cost around $2000 to repair. Long story short, due to character limit, ********* rejected the claim due to it being a "pre-existing condition." After looking at the contract and Dealer Warranty with the mechanic, it was noted there was no caveat in the contract stating the Dealer Warranty was void if another warranty was also purchased. Missouri attorney general was consulted about this; under Missouri law a Dealer Warranty must be honored. Show Me Auto Mall was called multiple times about arranging to get the vehicle repaired, and I have received delays and excuses thus far. Interactions have been documented and/or recorded in case this is unresolved through BBB and/or Missouri Attorney General and arbitration is necessitated. Desired resolution: cover the full repair as per the Dealer Warranty or to buy back the vehicle for the entire purchase price, taxes and fees that the vehicle was originally sold for. Vehicle has been unusable majority of time since purchase due to these delays. Documents provided as requested.

This is in regards to customer ***** ***********.  The dealership has been in contact with the customer since the complaint was filed.  We have provided the customer a loaner vehicle to drive while we are currently resolving her issue.  There has been a delay as we have been waiting on a response from the warranty company.  We have paid to have the vehicle brought to our facility to be repaired here.  The customer is aware of the situation and is in full understanding of what we are doing to resolve her issues.  She is currently happy with the way the dealership is handling the situation.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
