I've been receiving letters all this year from this business about a "service contract" on my vehicle. In the first place, I have no contract with them - never had - and I've also had dealings with this business before - and left a negative review for them a couple of years ago. They used to send postcards and every single one of them, like these letters, have a different Customer ID #on them. In addition to the different Customer Account #s, there are different 888 phone numbers to call and 2 out of my 3 letters are signed by the same person, *************************, as Program Coordinator, with 2 different phone numbers. And the third letter is signed by *******************, Program Coordinator, with yet another 888 phone number. I call them to get my name taken off of their mailing list- and I tell them I don't drive anymore, These have got to be the absolute rudest people on the planet, and they say, "you've called before", and hang up on me. Yeah, every time I get a letter, I **** the date and call. And yeah, it's been way over 6 weeks that they said the letters would stop - but since they hang up on me, I don't get the chance to tell them.This company should be run out of business. All they are are parasites trying to take advantage of people. Just an awful business. If I could give it negative stars, I would.
