This debt collector reported that I have a debt on their file. I responded them to provide the details of the transactions, but they declined verifying the details and they ran out of business per BBB. This collection is still unverified with debt collector and remained as collection on my file without any verification. As a result, no details have been verified and it still remains as collection on my credit file.

They have not validated this account. They also not respond to phone calls or emails appropriately to resolve issues. I would like to resolve the issue to submit a settlement and correct my credit report. However, the company does not respond despite sending emails from two different email addresses as well as leaving multiple messages. This is not an ethical way to do business. I would like to connect with someone to resolve a debt.
