My son's application to enroll at Drivers Resource Center, ********* was approved by an employee of *** located in ******** by phone 3/3/25. The application filled out online contained his address and his driver's license in ********. Full payment of $5,595 charged to our credit card on 3/3/25. We toured the ****************** on 3/6/25. During the initial meeting with person # 1, all was going well until she said "let me go grab your file." Not sure why she did not have the file with her. She never returned. Person #2 comes in and starts asking miscellaneous questions. Person # 2 decides to give us a tour of the facility. Person #2 states "there is problem because to train in ******** you have to live in ********; you have to train in the state you live in". We were not informed this when the Kentucky individual took our application. Person #2 then said there was a way around it and worst case scenario they would refund our money. She had us wait in the front of the facility while she checked to see what they could do. Person #3 (who we never met) who would make a decision on our case was on a call at the time. Person #2 says she would call as soon as they had an answer. So we left the facility and then as we are driving back to ******** we get a phone call from Person #2 stating that "in order to train in ******** we would have to temporarily change my son's address to ******** and then change the address back to ******** once he get the ***** She said to let us know what we decide and whether we were comfortable doing that. On Friday, 3/7, we contacted them and said "no, we were not comfortable doing that". As instructed my son sent an email on 3/7 to their bookkeeping department stating we needed a refund because we didn't want to change the address. I also sent an email 3/12 which included more details and a request for a refund. 3/19. Several phone call attempts to accounting ext 6514 and the message states they are on the phone.

I enrolled April 20 2022 with the Driver Resource Center, to attend one of their network schools I paid a total of $5,592,34. Orientation started April 25 2022 and it was the only day I attended the school because I found out they did not have manual trucks only automatics at the school which it was not going to workout for me the instructors at the school emphasize that I had 3 days to ask for full refund no questions asked. I immediately emailed a request for full refund April 25 2022 to the Driver Resource Center which initial I was told that I would be receiving a full refund within 30 days of the requested refund notice. After 30 days had lapse I had to call *** again because no refund had been issued. During this call I was told it was going to take 90 days and yet again after 90 days I still had not received money back as I was told. The personnel from ******* office never provided a straight answer of what was going on with the situation. I kept calling several times but was just getting run around , it was so hard to get a hold of somebody , they would not answer voice mails and never called back. The only person that seem to care about helping was ***** from *************** , she said she was going to take care of it but never did and never heard back from her again. On the last call I made January 27 2023 I talked to a woman name ********. She informed me not to called back that they did not know how long it was going to take to get a refund, and that it would take a long time. Till this day March 9 2023 I have not received any money back its going to be almost of year of waiting for my refund. It seems *** is a scam and should not be in business.

I enrolled at the school and started on January 9, 2023. On January 15,2023 ****** ******* taught me to do straight- line backing and informed that this maneuver is completed using only the driver’s side mirror. I later discovered that to be a great way to cause property damage and an accident. This is a form of sabatoge, As I am an African- American female in a pre- dominately male dominated field of truck driving. I have been at the school for almost 110 hours of this accelerated program of 160 hours. I have been given little to no instruction and they want to evaluate for the purposes of kicking me out of the school for not learning what they have failed to teach me. My truck driver’s education here at this school is being funded by the state of Missouri via a grant. I have reported this to the state of Missouri via ****** ****** at the ******** ****** ******. Now I am experiencing more sabotage for reporting my concerns. I have also spoken with *** ****** the school director on January 23, 2023. He wants more evaluations without having anyone to give me any one- on- one instruction. They are instead trying to target me for not progressing fast enough and penalize me for reporting my concerns to the state of Missouri. From the very beginning of my yard experience beginning on January 15, 2023, I have been the victim of sabatoge as they received money for my training but yet refuse to actually teach me what I need to know to adequately graduate and go to take the tests that are required for me to get my class A cdl licensure. I have not received any resolve although I have reported this issue. I would like a refund and to be properly trained in a manner that will allow me to successful go the class A cdl testing site and excel with confidence. Thank you ****** *******

I enrolled into the Driver Resource Center School to earn my CDL believing I was legally able to do so. I submitted all of the enrollment documents they required and they cleared me into the program and charged me $5,595. A few days into the program when it was time to make an appointment at the DMV for my learners permit, I find out that I wasn’t able to legally apply because of my immigration status. I complied with everything the school asked and was in good standing but at that point I had no choice but to opt out of the program. I emailed a full refund request July 20th, 2022 and they formally received it July 24th, 2022 as I was told at a later inquiry for my refund. They told me it would take anywhere from 30-90 days and it is now October 24th, 2022 and I haven’t received a dime. I’ve tried calling several times and I feel like I’m getting the run around because no one can give me a a clear answer. At this point, I’m wondering if they are running a scam by accepting students who are unable to get a CDL and charging them the tuition regardless.
