  Very professional and would recommend. Very satisfied with all the work done and reasonably priced. When I had questions days later about some other jobs I was thinking of having done they came back and talked about it. They did exactly what I wanted done.

  After a VERY lengthy discussion, and having said "No, not today" MANY times, "Devan" (?) continued pressing for the job. We had a verbal agreement and a handshake for $1,500 for the shaping/trimming of ONE (1) tree that was in a precarious state. He had his crew of about 7 men, and 5 trucks "available, just down the street" who came in and within 45 mins trimmed THREE (3) trees charging me $2,500. They did an excellent job, very quickly, BUT added an extra $1,000 to the bill. I would advise caution before accepting this company's service. Yes, they are extremely professional and fast workers, but very underhanded in their financial dealings.

  This company..Dilday and Sons are scammers. I needed a French drain placed in my back yard. Quote was 6000.00. They showed up Jayden told me he spoke to his brother Wayne and I needed three drains for total of 18000.00. They had started digging before I arrived home. One drain placed. Jayden kept after me about mulching around my house..and wanted to trim trees...told him no. After they were done they graded my yard 4in higher than the sidewalk! In addition they dumped dirt up against my wooden fence. Fall of 2023 work done..called em in Feb 24 after rain and again April 24 after rain. They cannot work in Kansas...they should not be able to work in Missouri either. Overcharge older adults...don't follow up when questioned about work they completed. Wayne was like the wizard of oz..behind the curtain who made his lil brother do all the in person scamming. My advice RUN if they come knocking! If I could give zero stars..I would. Should have checked their history in Kansas.

  This is on behalf of my father, Atterny General and police can't help because my father signed the receipt and check. D***** knocked on my fathers door on Sept 12 offering to remove a tree, stump and clean up for $1500. Yes, ok price. They came back the next day to remove the tree, but refused to grind down the stump. Then they kept knocking telling him he needs more work done, adding to the price. They topped a tree, butchered is more my opinion. Also trimmed a few branches from other trees and did clean up. My father is 84, has trouble standing, in need of a walker. My father also gets confused easily, I'm sure he thought they were doing way more. Wayne D***** knows when he finds an easy mark, he took advantage of my father. The ending price was $7500 and my dad was willing to pay. Wayne had my father sign the ‘contract’ receipt twice after they were done. My father wanted to use a debit card, but Wayne said they don't take cards that he needs cash or check. My fathers hands are so bad that all he can do is scribble his signature and told him so. Wayne was generous enough to offer to fill out the check for him. Yes, I know, not smart on my dads part! On the receipt you can clearly see where Wayne D***** turned the 7 into a 9, the 5 into 0, so now it's $9000. He did this after my father signed and before he filled out the check. I have a picture of the check that he wrote out to himself, not the business, no LLC. He took that check straight to my fathers bank and cashed it. I have read many reviews where they ask for cash or check written out to them personally, they are not claiming them for taxes. D***** and sons pray on the elderly and handicapped, they will be reported to the IRS, they need to be stopped! They been banned from Kansas for breaking laws, laws that don't apply in Missouri.

  This company asphalted my neighbor’s driveway. They parked their 3 heavy trucks and trailer off the road 3-4 feet into my yard and left ruts. I called them and complained. No response. If you want to be in good standing with your neighbors don’t hire them.

  Young man pulled up and asked if we had any tree work. We did have an immediate need. The original price was way out of what we could do. All we really wanted was for the tree to be cut down and we would take care if cut up and donating to scouts. We agreed on 1500.00 which was doable and reasonable based on other estimates. They were there within 15 min, several guys working on this. Very knowledgeable and professional. Was very pleased with the work.

  These guys are scammers. They knock on the door and give a good price for trimming trees to **** you in. Then they start on the job and go to the door again and ask for more money because it was a worse job than they thought. They had no intention of doing the job for what they quoted. They didn't trim the tops of the trees at all stating that would be thousands of dollars more. They trimmed a few branches off, however they mislead us into thinking they would actually trim the trees for the price they gave us. Then they had my elderly mother sign a paper I'm assuming said that she was happy with the job, although she was so upset at the time she didn't read it. It's my opinion that their business practices are very poor and very shady. I'm writing this review to stop other people from the misery of doing business with them.

  ****** I offered to do further trimming to satisfy you. And no we trimmed large maple in front removing broken and deadwood trimmed another tree in back off house and cleaned up a row of bushes in back yard for 1700bucks you got a fair deal. If your unsatisfied I'm happy to take care of whatever you need trimmed.

  I was scam by **************************** in 2020-02-27. This company cut on 2 trees. They top both trees off. They charged $500.00 for each tree just to work on which total ********. Next they changed $500.00 to top off each tree which total ********. Then 1 tree they put a cable toward the top of tree. For the cable and placing it, I was charged ********. My total **** was ********. ********* property Solutions LLC, stopped by asking about tree with cable in it. He said whoever worked on tree they killed it by cutting limbs to close to tree. He said cable in tree had too much slick in it. I told him I was charged ******** for cable. He was shocked. He said the cable in my tree only cost $40.00. He told me to report it to BBB. He said I was over charged for the worked they did on both trees.
