    I feel they're Fair and honest, Worked me in, on a FRIDAY, 7/7/23, as busy as they were! **** is above and BEYOND helpful & friendly, even trying to troubleshoot over the phone! Gave suggestions to try to see if it helped problem.( He's previously,taken the time to search for a taillight cover for my **** camaro before, also)ALL W/O expectations of financial gain! I Thought it was a fuel pump going out, they quoted 200 less than another shop for the work. At shop, they troubleshot it again in person. Double checked if fuel pump. Ended up just needing throttle cleaned, and it's driving great so far! Fingers crossed! Also Several 100 dollars less! Just labor! Lil miscommunication about wanting an inspection while there. And turn signal fixed. ***** was ON it though. DID find my sway links were broke, (they HAD been for years, ijust forgot)so did add back on a few 100 bucks. STILL much less than a fuel pump would've cost! Also, on my OTHER car, same time van in shop,**** fixed a loose, dragging, hose gone Rouge! ?? I had NO clue where went, or what it WAS, even! no charge, just fixed it! I REALLY felt taken very good care of at this time.

    I have taken three different cars to Family Wrench. They have always done me right, are very courteous, honest, and reliable. The owner even drove me home at one appointment when I didn't have a ride.I'm calling them this morning to look at my daughters car.They are absolutely the only shop I would go to!

    dont go here. Took my car for a vibration and the told me it was my tires. I asked them if looked at everything and they said yes. Paid $500 and I still have the vibration so I took it back now they say it is my axle. Now they want another 3 or 4 hundred dollars to fix that and even referred me to another shop to see what they say. They refused to make it right. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
