      Soo i have a 2014 chrysler 300 with air ride and adjustable suspension and I brought it to richline for an alignment a few weeks ago..the guys said no problem so I dropped it off the night before to have the alignment done and pick it up the next night at closing.. I picked it up and was given no printout and told printer was down..I get it shit happens no biggie..well I noticed it was still pulling to the right and gave it a few days to settle in and hope for the best well it didn't change so I contacted the salesman and told him that its not right and he told me to bring it back they'll make it right so I dropped it off at closing so it'll be worked on the next day no hurry I get it you guys are busy..well when I dropped it off I brought up the printout and asked for one when I pick it up the next day..I show up the next day at closing and was told it was done but no one had any info about what was done..still no alignment printout and my car was still in the shop at the end bay, no where near an alignment rack..I thought ok thats odd but was assured it was aligned..and once I got on 23rd I was still having the same issues..was like ok I'm asking for too much with all the customization to my car and its just how it is..well the next day I was driving and I heard a noise and my suspension loosened up..pull over and look and both my rear stabilizer links are gone just the ends are left..get home and jack the cars rear end up to throw my old links back on..let it go no biggie things happen small problem..while I'm tightening up the links I noticed the camber arm nuts are loose on one side and the other sides trailing arm was loose as well....long story short I took it too another alignment shop and they said all the wheels are facing and tilting different directions and no way had it been aligned and gave me a printout..and that they couldn't align cause they dont have the right rack to loosen the front cradle..

      December 2022 I purchased a lyft kit from richline automotive. They installed it 1 week later. I had to take it back to them for loosuspension. Encourageable throughout the lifted to accept that and to take it back because the a arms came loose. Needed to be relined and it chewed up my brand new tires. Do you bought one tire about onestart? After that my friend, my front driver said break helper fell off in front of 2 cops in the middle of the intersection. I fixed it myself. No, my actual my front axle and I'm driver's side. Fell off in traffic almost caused an accident. I called them to just get the spacer from them in the bolts. So that I can fix my truck myself. And they told me they're not responsible for the actual falling off my truck. There's a once you install it. But because it's been a year since they did it. They didn't want to cover it even though they haven't supposedly tightened every bowl on that truck twice. So somebody's not doing something right. This is dangerous. Somebody could really got hurt. I paid 4000 dolfirst lift kit. And I would like to be reimbursed half of it

      *** ******** received a lift and part replacement here 11/30/2022 We cannot replace parts that have been altered by other shops or himself. Had the customer returned for his retorque within the recommended mileage we may have been able to warranty his parts, but this was not the case.

      Purchased new wheels and tires from this business. Wheels were not balanced properly. Returned to have the issue fixed. Issue still there. Vibration in wheels at highway speed. I had to go to another shop to fix the issue. The owner told me other shops just tell people things that aren’t true. It didn’t take a shop to tell me there was an issue. I’m a former mechanic and have balanced many wheels and never an issue. I asked to be reimbursed for needing to go to another shop to fix their issue they couldn’t fix 2 times. I’ve included text messages from the salesman I dealt with named ****. He finally told me to call ***** the owner. The location of this business is on Lindbergh in South County Missouri.

      First thing is **** is not the owner second thing is he picked the wrong store this is Independence Missouri near Kansas City and the photos that he added to the wrong Google account the wheels were balanced correctly if he needed a rebalance it's no problem we'll balance them as many times as he would like us to but if this is all over $60 then he can call and we can give him a refund this is absolutely crazy for someone to go to that extent

      Hello, on April 7th 2023 I took my 2012 Mercedes Benz 350 Coupe to have a couple of new tires put on. In the process of having them replaced the unlicensed mechanic broke one of my lugs taking it off. And advise me that they can’t fixed it and I’ll be with out 5 lugs on my wheel on the back right passenger side now. And that I need to take it to a dealer or a mechanic who can fix it. And I needed to drive carefully and not drive it too far on a road trip because it could cause problems and come off. I was very frustrated that I have to pay someone else to take it out and of the wheel well which is gonna be very costly due to the fact that it’s a Mercedes Benz. I emailed the owner by the name of ** several times explaining the situation that happened with one of his employees who installed the tires on and I politely asked him to reimburse me for the cost of repairs and I haven’t heard anything back from him yet. I’ve spent over thousands of dollars on tires and wheels with his business and referred many people to him and now that this situation has happened he’s not responding back to my text messages and I feel that he’s not trying to help me out with this issue and I’m riding around with a risky situation and could cost me my life due to his employer who has damaged my wheel well and it wasn’t damaged when I took it there t have my tires replaced with my new tires and I paid $50.00 dollars for the replacements. I want my refund back or I want to be reimbursed for the cost to have my car serviced of the cost to have the lug fixed that I’m going to be out of pocket due to the negligence of his business by his employer for the damage it caused me and repairs. Thank you!

      We cannot cross thread a lug nut or lug bolt by taking it off it was cross threaded by somebody else and we explain that to you so we will not reimburse or pay for something that we are not responsible for thank you and have a great day

      On my invoice receipt dated 04/07/2023 paid $50.00 to mount 2 tires and replace 2 rears ***** put in writing that the lug stud BROKE when removing pass rear wheel and ETC as you can see with the other two receipts I’m submitting from 2019-2020 I’ve been doing business with RICHLINE MOTORSPORTS and from the receipts I’m submitting to show proof that NO other business has NEVER replaced any TIRES or WHEELS on my MERCEDES BENZ  only RICHLINE MOTORS so YES they are Responsible for DAMAGE of my Lug and they need to REIMBURSED me for getting it REMOVED and REPLACED Any time I had a problem with my wheels and tires RICHLINE was the only one that I took my vehicle to since I purchased all my tires and wheels from them and no other business has NEVER replaced or worked on my MERCEDES other than RICHLINE and No one explained anything to me about someone else breaking the spin of the lug whatsoever. Now they’re trying to get out of paying when they know for a fact that the unlicensed mechanic BROKE my Lug wheel when trying to REMOVE it. Look at the original invoice receipt printed by the sales representative Frank. I had him to put it in writing and he referred me to take it to a mechanic cause he claimed that they didn’t have the right equipment to take the lug out that was BROKEN by their mechanic. I told him I would be contacting the owner and I wanted to be reimbursed for the repair cost that they caused me. And when I bought my MERCEDES in to have them replace my tires my lugs wasn’t damaged until they had to replace my tires. So if anyone is responsible RICHLINE MOTORSPORTS is. Since no one has EVER replaced my tires or wheels but this business only. I can’t drive my MERCEDES due to the fact I only have 4 lugs instead of 5 now which is a SAFETY hazard For me and my family. Thank you!

      Once again we did not strip the lug bolt and we don't understand why you keep saying unlicensed mechanic when you don't have to have a licensed mechanic to change tires so no ******* we are not going to pay for the repair we appreciate your business but this is not our fault and think by now you know that if it was we would have reimbursed you your $50  and moved on we hope you understand and hope to help you with you Wheel and Tire needs in the future

      I am rejecting this response because:  As I stated before and again and again. When I brought my Mercedes Benz in to have my tires replaced my Lugs were PERFECTLY fine until your MECHANIC tried removing it and whatever was done by him removing it. He BROKE It in the process and now you’re trying to tell me that he didn’t. (REALLY) when you know that he did. The PAID invoice simply says that it was BROKEN at the time of him changing out the lugs.  This is totally absurd for me to believe that it didn’t happen by the MECHANIC when it’s written in black and white. With all the THOUSANDS DOLLARS I’ve spent With this business since ** was in business back in 2001 and  referred MANY people to this business you REFUSE to reimburse me for the DAMAGE you caused to my vehicle. This is really BAD and a total EMBARRASSMENT and for sure UNACCEPTABLE and very UNPROFESSIONAL with a large BUSINESS for RICHLINE motors especially with much business he’s been doing for many years I can’t believe that I’m going through this process especially when you’re in FAULT and it’s written on my invoice RECEIPT. This is NOT good customer service if you want to keep your customers HAPPY and keep doing BUSINESS work for them. I’m NOT looking for an HANDOUT when I’ve spent THOUSANDS in CASH with RICHLINE motors for many of years and I’ve NEVER had an issue with your service. That’s what kept me coming back every time and referring people to RICHLINE motors because I was always very SATISFIED if II was at FAULT then yes I would have taken on the RESPONSIBILITY and leave well enough alone. But at this point I’m NOT. I’ve taken to SEVERAL mechanics and were advised that your BUSINESS were at FAULT and that you should have FIXED the damage that was caused at your business since it was done by your mechanic. Or REFUND me my money back if you’re NOT able to repair the damaged part caused by you mechanic. I’m totally not SATISFIED and very DISPLEASED that I’m having to go through this simple process trying to get this matter resolved with no coming to an agreement with your company after all these years of being a customer. So UNBELIEVABLE!!! All I’m wanting is for my VEHICLE to be FIXED and REPAIRED like it was before I bought it to your company with NO issues whatsoever so that we can move on from this. Thx!

      I purchased wheels to put on my Fiat 500. I went there twice to get them installed. This was late June 2022. I had to wait each time. The first time they did not actually have the product but made me wait then after waiting finally told me. I came back the next day waited again for about an hour. Then told me they bought the wrong wheels and my car needed wheels with 4 holes not 5. In the process of taking the wheels off and putting them back on my car the tool broke and a piece of plastic was lodged inside the tire. I did not know this. I then left to go on my trip and the next day when I got to ******* ** I stopped to get coffee. I noticed my tire was flat so I tried to find a place to fill it. I went to an ******** **** ***** store and a lady helped me fill it. Then helped me find a place to check/buy a new tire. I took my car to ******** **** ******** **** ***** ******** ** in **** ******* **. ************. They checked my tire and found a sharp hard piece of plastic in the tire. It had been inside the wheel. The man who repaired my tire showed me the tool they use to remove tires and it looked exactly like that but broken. I had to buy a new tire. It cost $217. They wrote a letter stating what they found. I took pictures of it and still have the piece. When I returned home I contacted Richline Motorsport. I Gave them photos and the letter. I wanted to be reimbursed for the tire. They refused to do anything and denied any wrong doing. I got the flat the day after they worked on my car. There is no other way that piece of plastic could have gotten inside my tire except by them. I feel like they need to be responsible and fix this.

      I went to the store on ** ********* and was looking to do a lift and wheels and tires for my truck on January 5th, 2022 and put a deposit of $1,000.00 down. On January 7th two days later I changed my mind and went back by the store to let them know. At that time I was originally told that there would be a shipping fee for the wheels in the amount of $80. I understood that and rolled with it. Then 5 minutes later the cost went from $80.00 to $272.00 to cancel. At no time did I receive anything in writing of the products that were going on my vehicle or a written estimate which I requested originally. I was also not informed that canceling that I would incur a cost at all. The only thing that I received was a small printed out piece of paper with an order number. No cancelation policy or anything or anything regarding a restocking fee. I was not provided the policy regarding this and hopefully can come up with an agreeable solution.

      It states on all of our receipts no refund at all in certain cases we will offer a refund with a 35% restocking fee plus the shipping we inquire cost when a customer places an order such as we have to pay for shipping to get the wheels there then we have to ship them back plus the company charges us a restocking fee it looks like the store was already willing to work with you and cut that restocking fee down we appreciate it and if you need anything else just let us know

      I am rejecting this response because: The receipt provided by the company may be the receipt provided upon completion of service but not the receipt that I received. I specifically asked for an itemized receipt and was not provided one from the sales associate ******. At the ***** ********* store I was provided 2 receipts from ****** which my guess is the credit card processing company and nothing else. The 2 receipts I received are one for the initial deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 for the $5,200.00 worth of work to be performed and one for the refund in the amount of $728.00. At no time was I provided a printed itemized receipt or informed of any restocking fee. I was actually charged more than the 25% restocking fee that your example receipt claims. In addition the companies last response stated that the restocking fee is 35% and they gave me a deal. I have provided an attachment with both copies and the only paperwork that I received from the business. I am requesting a full refund for the deposit as I was not informed about any cancelation or restocking fees on the date of the deposit 1/5/22 and was only informed 2 days later 1/7/22 when I cancelled the order.
