    SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS ON MORE IN DEPTH EXPLANATION. BETWEEN 05-06-22 AND 8/24/23, MY PONTIAC G6 HAD THE SAME PART NEED REPLACED 3 TIMES. PER THEIR POLICY ALL PARTS AND WORK ARE COVERED BY WARRANTY FOR 3 YEARS OR 36,000 MILES. THE THIRD TIME NEEDING THE SERPENTINE BELT REPLACED THEY SAID THE BELT TENSIONER AND WATER PUMP PULLEY (WHICH HAD JUST BEEN REPLACED BY FORD 4/17/23). THE COST WAS 315.56. I WAS GIVEN A HARD TIME BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THAT WERE RUNNING THE SHOP PRIOR TO THE NEW GUY HADNT DOCUMENTED REPLACING THE SECOND BELT FOR FREE. I FEEL THEY SHOULDNT HAVE CHARGED FOR ANYTHING FOR CLEARLY THE WORK NOT BEING DONE CORRECT AND CAUSING EXTRA EXSPENSES SUCH AS TOW AND MISSED WORK. WHEN DISCUSSED WITH STAFF THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS TRYING TO GET STUFF FOR FREE AND LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT. I HAVE HAD WORK DONE THERE BEFORE AND DIDNT HAVE A PROBELM PAYING FOR SERVICES DONE, I JUST THINK 3 TIMES WITHIN A YEAR FOR THE SAME PART SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT OF 315.56. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD JUST FILE A COMPLAINT THEY SAID THEY WOULD JUST CLOSE THE SHOP IN JEFFERSON CITY DOWN AND NO ONE WOULD GET WHAT THEY WANTED. WHICH WE BOTH KNOW THATS NOT HOW IT WOULD WORK.

    She had her car towed here and we installed a dry belt for the engine. The belt broke on her an she brought it back. She had another belt put on under warranty. She thought we put a tensor belt on but there is no history of us doing that. The only history we have is we did a Missouri state vehicle inspection and a dry belt, but did not do the tensor. The tensor that someone else put on broke so we put on the right tensor. We did not put the washers on there. Someone else put the washers on there. It was already on there when we put the last belt on from the warranty. Joe Machens Ford put a water pump on there with a pulley and it cracked in half and cut the belt. We cut the labor costs in half to $315.56. We helped her as much as we could. When someone else puts another part on we cannot cover it under warranty. That's not how it works.
