    I hired H31313232**3731**38**H to do patio, deck, retaining wall, driveway, front walk and a front *****. We paid $50,000 for all the services. He started in October of 2023. When it rained our garage flooded with 2" water. It has never done that before with the old driveway. We took pictures and he came out to look at it. He came out to look at it. His fixes didn&#**;t help anything. I called another contractor and he showed us the driveway was not sloped correctly. He was able to point out where the new back patio went up against the siding. The front walk is also sloped incorrectly, so with enough rain, it will drain water into my house.

    1.  We are awaiting special ordered material to close up this job.

    2.  Response to driveway - We gave it as much slope as possible because it is in between garage door height and height of street which was a total of 3" of fall on approx 30'.  The pad did sink and caused a few low spots near the garage door - the ground was frozen and weather caused to sink due to weather.

    3.  Response to back patio - concrete butts up to bottom side of exterior siding with a foam expansion joint.

    4.  Response to sidewalk - the sidewalk is 4' away from the house.  It is 3' wide sidewalk and in no way can water, jump and run into house.  Slope runs 1/2 " away from home side of walkway.

    5.  ALL WORK WAS INSPECTED BY CITY OF COLUMBIA AND PASSED INSPECTION  PER PERMITS.
