    Our AC condensation was spilling out into the basement. That was the only issue we had. After the first tech came in and stated the pipe for the condensation was tipped up and couldn't drain. He fixed that and put in two switches is what he said. "We still haven't gotten an invoice for that and it was $760.00". He told me the work is guaranteed and if it starts leaking again it will be covered. He then sold us the Advantage plan for maintenance and quick appointment/emergency. $17.49 per month. This was done July 6th 2023. The unit started leaking again and wasn't cooling correctly. The Tech came in and said the drain was plugged and it was going to cost $252.50. He stated it was fixed and was ready to go but the AC wasn't blowing. I stopped him from leaving and asked if he looked at the outside portion of the unit. He literally went to the back door, opened it and stuck his head out. He said he could hear it so it was working. I asked why it was going to cost more money and he said it was a different issue. After he left the new Ecobee Thermostat wouldn't come on and the AC unit would come on either. I went downstairs and the AC unit panel cover was still off. I am not asking for a full refund but also believe they caused the problem as our unit worked fine except for the condensation leak. It isn't fair for a company to take advantage of hard working people. Please help us.

    The AIRESERV office sent a price quote that is too high.  They are stating it will still cost $435-$506.  That is with the $252 from last visit credited.   That will still be too much.  They stated a used motor would be $635.

    i found one on Amazon for $240 for the 1/2 Hp nordyne blower motor.  

    i also found another for $149.00. I have uploaded screenshots for them.  

    i do not believe that we should have to pay anything else as this should have been caught the first visit.  I also had to purchase 2 window units to be somewhat comfortable until they can fix it.

    We wanted a new HVAC system and was told this would do the trick and keep us as cold as possible during the summer. They told us what we wanted to hear and invested $9,600 in a new furnace and air conditioner. Furnace works fine but today the temp inside our home was almost 80 degrees. They came out twice and said nothing wrong with it. They replaced the outside unit once because it leaked Freon. But still as of now 1 year later nothing has been done. We threw away my savings. We were told Missouri air conditioners are only made to drop the temp 20 degrees lower than outside temperature. I told them I needed a 3-4 ton unit. We were sold a 2.5 which obviously isnt effective.
