September- 10 2021 I hired Jay's RV to repair small leaks in the garage of my RV. There are two known leaks around both garage windows. Jay's RV was hired to repair all water damage and stop the leaks from happening again. October-20-2021 Was the first time the RV was complete by Jay's RV standards. I informed them the job that they had concluded, was not correctly done. Less than 24 hours of me picking the RV up, it leaked again in the same areas. December -18-2021 I returned the RV back to Jay's RV to try and repair the leaks and damage again. After hauling the RV from Tennessee to his shop in Missouri, unloading, and setting up for him to work on RV, changed his mind and just wanted to give me my money back. Finding an agreeance that if he cannot fix the RV correctly, he will then refund me my money. This time they added in new windows. They stated water tests were conducted to prove the RV no longer has leaks. March-28-2022 A few weeks prior I called Jay's RV to inform them I still have the exact same leaks. They sent a man over to investigate and possibly put a Band-Aid on the problem. I was informed they will not conduct necessary work off of site to fully rectify water damage and the leak. After talking on the phone with ***, he informed me this was an entirely different leak and I have wasted his time. That he has made no money off of this repair. Proceeded to tell me tough luck and hung up the phone.
