      washer broke on 9/28 filed a claim they came out 10/3 stated it was a 20$ part and wouldn't take long to get since he replaced about 10 of them a week. They have not followed up with me once I have had to reach out to them for updates. we are now 10 business days`14 days and nothing and when I followed up with them to be told it was in pending status and that they have nothing else to say until it comes in

      I am sorry your wash machine is broke but we are just a 3rd part repair company we are not your warranty company and we are not Whirlpool that made your wash machine, we had a tech at your house on 10/3 and he has requested a new wash plate and hub and those parts are $132.15, we only use *** parts and we order them from the *** approved distributor, we ordered your parts on 10/3 and on 10/11 you where told by text that they showed pending and you was also told on 10/18 by phone that they where still show pending and that we would not have a ETA until they are shipped, Now also the tech has no idea what parts cost he never sees the invoices and I have spoke with **** and he stated he never tells a customer what parts cost since he never knows how much they cost.

      Now we do have conflicting stories from you on this compliant you state the tech told you the part was $20 and he replaces them about 10 a week and then here is the text from you stating he said they cost $29 and he replaces them daily?

      We do not make the parts and have no control over when we will receive the parts and for the last 2 years parts have been taken longer than normal to get not just for Appliance's but everything made these days.

      You are upset that your wash machine is not working correctly and I get that but filing a complaint to the BBB is not the correct way to get it fixed, we are not your warranty company and we work for your warranty company not you and the delay of us fixing your wash machine is out of our control, so you need to speak to your warranty company we have told them we will not be continuing with your repair. I am done responding to this compliant..
