    Ordered paint that was the correct name, but very far off. Called, they claimed it should be correct, but ended up grudgingly sending me another paint. It was just as far off. Sent them a piece to scan. Said they found the paint, and shipped my piece and the can to me. Still a mile off. Reached out to them, asking for a refund and offered to ship all 3 cans back. They just said they dont offer refunds. Wished me luck. Every other time I reached out, they did not seem to care, and were reluctant to help. They always through their hands up in the air, and acted like it was my responsibility to get the right paint, even though their website said it was a guaranteed match.

    We made two separate attempts to resolve this issue by providing custom-mixed cans at no additional cost to the customer. In his most recent email, the customer acknowledged that the ********************** was close enough and requested that we ship it.

    He also stated that he had attempted to have the color matched locally without success and agreed that SEM Interior Paint is difficult to match.


    We would like to reiterate that our website does not guarantee a color match. In fact, it clearly states at the top of the page that "refunds are not accepted for aerosol interior/exterior paint or custom House of Kolor paint."


    We believe we have made every reasonable effort to satisfy the customer in this instance.
