TERRIBLE customer service and very unprofessional. The owner was extremely rude, caring for an infant and she had two small dogs running around and jumping all over me and other customers. Told me to come back before 5 to pick my car up, arrived at 4:45 and was told my car was almost finished, 2 hours later it was finished, spoke to the technician that did the installation of the wheel well lights and he admitted he broke a clip on the dash, which now theres a large gap and he also admitted he had never done that type of installation before. Will never go back.

When your Mother dropped the car off, she was told the car would be ready at 5. You returned at 4:15 asking if it was ready. Unfortunately it was scheduled until 5, and was not ready. I did mistakenly tell you the car was almost ready for which I apologized once realizing he had not finished wiring it yet. I repeatedly apologized that your vehicle was taking longer than it should, and was never rude about it. You told me how unacceptable it was more than once. Unfortunately in this industry jobs are not always cut and dry. Sometimes they take longer than anticipated. Our guys are paid commission based on the job they are doing. They certainly don't enjoy when they take longer either. Our Son was asleep during all but the last 30 minutes you waited as well. Caring for an infant, at our family owned & operated business was never an issue. The dogs did jump on you wanting attention. You repeatedly told me they were fine, and were petting them as well as talking to them. I placed them in their chairs anyway to keep them off of you. The technician that did the install has worked for our company since 2019 and has done numerous rock light installs. He told you that he had never installed them on car as those types of lights are typically reserved for large lifted trucks or UTV's. He also told you and pointed to a clip on your lower dash that was broken prior to us touching the vehicle. He pointed it out to you so that we would not be blamed for it, and NEVER told you he broke it. Had he broken and admitted to you we would ordered a new one and taken care of it. I am sorry you feel your experience was not ideal and that it warrants a negative review.
