- Refund and Exchange Policy
- A Lifetime Warranty is provided for all Mufflers (not to include labor) and is offered to the owner whom purchases it for the vehicle the muffler is originally installed on. All parts and labor from Brockman’s Muffler LLC are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase from Brockman’s. Any necessary corrections or repairs made during this warranty period may be made by appointment, and only with the presentment of the original receipt for the muffler. Additional parts and labor may be required which were not on the original order, and will be billed at the rate charged by Brockman’s Muffler LLC. This Brockman’s Muffler Lifetime Muffler Warranty only extends to normal wear and tear on the muffler and shall not include or apply to any failure due to negligence on behalf of the owner or the owner’s agent or willful abuse, fire, theft, or wreck or collision. Brockman’s Muffler warrants that any goods provided are merchantable goods of that kind and are fit for the ordinary purposes for which such goods are used.
