  DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!! The apartment is outdated, unsafe, filthy, and the leasing office has zero concern for the tenants’ issues. I wish I had read the reviews before I moved here from out of state! I can’t wait to get out here. This is going to be a very long year living in this slum!!!!!! SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!!!!!

  I just moved in november 2023, At the beginning everything was Going okay staff was a little rude but it was something manageable to deal with. But later on in December I have a hole in my roof inside and out. I have put in a request order since December. But no one has yet to come out and to fix it. Its 04/29/24. I have put in work Orders to get this fixed but yet no one showed up. When I try to get someone on the phone to come out here to fix the hole in my roof, all I get is from the staff: We are Under new management, And then they blamed me of why I didn't put in the work order in but also I'm talking to main source why do i have to have a app tell you want i need when im face to face with management itself.each time I called, they're underneath new management. Like I understand that Your are new but this is the part where i'm having The employees themselves write my work orders for me and they're still telling me.It's my fault because I'm not using the app when I'm talking to them and maintenance directly.And the manager's rude and I have got hung it up Because she didn't want to hear it. Let me say this again.I had a hole in my roof since december it is april. And this is not the first problem.I have problem with them before this.They were charging me $250 extra for dog fee for 4 months when it should have been a 1 time fee. They return my money of course but at the same time they stole from me a the very beginning. And I definitely refuse to pay a 1,000 or more for a apartment building nasty and not getting taking care of.Just alone in my apartment building there's graffiti on the walls,bugs everywhere,literally poop in the hallways and a cat box that been sitting by someone apartment stinking up the whole building. I'm trying to get out my lease early because view high is nasty and unprofessional just straight up wrong.

  Don't move here I am warning you all very discriminating and very much just full of it. My ceiling collapse in January and I have been homeless since then, no one is trying to help me

  I recently talked to someone in corporate about View High Lake Apartments about my dishwasher. Still hasnt been fixed even though **** called me yesterday and told me someone would be here today to fix it.I call the office and spoke with someone and once again they hung up on me. I decided to walk down there because I am fed up at this point. I go in the office and voice my concerns to the new lady and ****** (or whatever her name is) decides to yell out , what are you talking about? with a snippy attitude.So I repeated what I said to the new lady. She says , girl bye and walks off. Yes, I said , b**** anyway, because shes always disrespectful it never fails. Then I walk in to ***** office(she could careless and I think shes scared of ******) and told me to stop name calling as if her staff wasnt unprofessional to begin with. Im not sure who does interviews and background checks but ****** and **** need to be fired. They lie, theyre disrespectful, nothing gets fixed, they have an excuse for everything, the laundry room is always dirty, trash is always in the parking lot, break ins, the cameras dont work, they dont answer the phone, you call and ask a simple question and its attitude, **** looks drunk all the time, and the list goes on. Go take a look at your most recent reviews and do something about it please. We pay $1000 and up to rent from you guys and this is how we get treated?????? One of your best workers quit recently and she was by far the sweetest thing, ******** I believe. She knew her worth and got out of there. You need new management or something because those two are RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
