Brett did a great job every step of the way. Very easy to work with and great communication! I highly recommend NBKC Bank for your home lender! I'm not very wealthy- the idea of getting a loan or mortgage is out of the question for me- so I haven't used this bank for things like that. However, when I was receiving paper checks from my job I would go into the bank to cash them and the people remembered me and we always chatted! Now that I have direct deposit I always get my paycheck quickly and promptly. I really enjoy the savings account feature in their mobile app that lets you transfer money instantly and tracks your goals. Also reimbursement on ATMs!! If you're bank doesn't do that you're living in the past.Review from Alejandro T

Had a great overall experience working with Alex! My wife and I saw an opportunity to refinance with a much lower rate. We shopped around and Alex offered us with a much lower rate compared to other lenders. We thought it was too good to be true but went with our gut and trusted Alex and glad that we did! He made the process very quick, easy, and simple. He answered all the questions we had for him. Best thing was he made sure we were getting deal possible and gave us trusted advice when needed. NBKC gives great rates on my checking and money market accounts. Today a call to NBKC enabled me to buy a car with an NBKC check as I've frozen my credit. The personnel at my local NBKC bank are always helpful and also friendly.Review from DARSHAN V
