      Really streamlined and easy experience. Starting with easy application process, digital and secure portal to upload docs. Hybrid closing that made the day of signing smooth as possible with as little ink signed as possible. Most importantly, Andy was awesome as he was very quick with answers and help, easy to communicate with, very professional, and transparent. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Andy!

      Ask for Chad K! He was a great loan officer. He was readily available to answer questions. He let me ask many very granular questions. Walked us through the whole process to make us feel really comfortable about what we were doing. Super easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Glad we had him to help get us to the finish line.

      Dan hung with me through the entire loan process! He has mastered the ability to pick through every option to find his customers the ideal product for their circumstance. I had no doubt he was representing my best interest at every turn. Even though it took some time to close, I never felt as though I had fallen through the cracks.       We had a great experience working with NBKC for the second time. Wonderful people, great customer service and we were able to close on our loans early both times. Can’t recommend them enough!       Great experience. My loan officer, Michael T*******, was extremely professional and informative. Nothing like the other lenders who were blowing up my phone and emails like desperate used car salesmen. These folks at NBKC are legit.
