      Order number ********** in the amount of $128.37 was placed on 7/1/22. I have never purchased from Beauty Brands, however their website advertisement indicates 100% satisfaction guaranteed and shipment within 7-10 business days. I received an email 4 days later stating that due to high demand, order was experiencing delay. As of today, 7/13/22, order has still not been processed, shipped or received. I have attempted to contact a live representative seven times with no success. When calling company, I only receive a voicemail asking to leave my name and number. I left message stating that since the order has not been processed and they are still continuing to advertise this sale, but not able to fulfill their orders, I am requesting a full refund immediately. I have attempted to email Beauty Brands, stating the same thing. No response. I have since searched online at the Better Business Bureau as well as other information and am reading countless complaints with the exact same issue. Reports are this company is a SCAM. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

      Date of transaction June 27, 2022 Order number ********** Paid $123.63 for shampoos and conditioners. Website says standard delivery, ships and arrives within 7-14 business days. July 1st an email was sent saying it would ship within 10 business days. I reached out July 7th after reading MANY bad reviews of the company online, saying they scam people, I asked them to cancel my order, a few days later they said they would try. I cannot get ahold of them and I have not been processed for a refund or shipped my items. I want to cancel and get my money back since they are labeled as a scammer.

      I am rejecting this response because:  the “voided invoice” had no letterhead on it with the name of the business.  As I advised the business, sending me an invoice that has no company letterhead on it is unsatisfactory for me.  I requested that they provide an invoice with the company letterhead, and any information that does not pertain to me can be redacted.  This issue is getting exhausting.  We received two or three different stories from the business pertaining to my claim, and at this point, I struggle to believe anything they say.  They have been unable to provide any VERIFIABLE information.  All I want is my refund and to be done with this.

      Transaction date is July 2, 2022. Ordered "**** ******** Tea Tree Lemon Sage Thickening Conditioner". Order#: **********. Merchandise Subtotal: $24.98 Shipping $7.95 ***** Overweight Surcharge $0.48 Tax $2.34 Total Charge $35.75 On July 6 I received an email from Beauty Brands informing me of a shipping delay. Thus, on July 8 I called the company to get an approximate date of shipping. No customer service associate answered. Since the recording machine prompts to leave a message and someone will contact the customer timely, I left a message. One hour later no one returned my call, and I called again. I also emailed Beauty Brands, no reply. I called several more times, no person ever answered. Regardless of the time of your call no person will answer the call. Beauty Brands has an answering machine that perennially prompts the caller to leave a message and "that someone will contact you". However, nobody ever contacts the customer via phone nor email. It appears to be a scam company. I would like to CANCEL my order NOW, and have an IMMEDIATE REFUND. There is no way how to get in contact with someone. Don't ever ever purchase anything from this unreliable company.

      This complaint is regarding the Beauty Brands location at **** ** **** **** ** ****** *****. Once again, a terrible shopping experience at this horribly run Beauty Brands location. Nothing has changed in the 3+ years since I was last here. I walked into the store today around 5PM, wanting to find a good hydrating shampoo that was paraben-free. First of all, the store appeared to be completely deserted. Not a soul in sight. I went to the very back of the store, where the salon is. There was only a customer seated in a chair. No one else. She gestured me to a side door, where a couple of women were hanging out. I asked for some help. One of the women came out, obviously in no mood to help. She was morose and rude from the start. I asked if there was a good hydrating paraben-free shampoo and she had no clue. She couldn’t answer any of my questions. At no time did she ask another employee for help. I turned to leave without buying anything and said I’d return when the store was busier. She didn’t say a word as I walked out the door. This is a terribly run Beauty Brands location and at the very least, a regional or district manager needs to be aware of these issues. I had nearly an identical visit experience here 3+ years ago and I see absolutely nothing has changed or improved. If this is the impression Beauty Brands wants to make, with unmanned, seemingly deserted stores up front…it’s a very bad impression indeed.

      All my personal contact info (including my phone number) was provided to the BBB in my complaint here and Beauty Brands therefore already has it. Your request here for my personal information is merely copied and pasted from your email query to my additional complaint I made on the Beauty Brands website form, before filing my BBB complaint. I responded directly to that emailed request form from my email address to your customer service email, providing all my contact info. I have still NOT received ANY call or direct follow up on my store experiences from any Beauty Brands employee from either this BBB complaint nor my complaint on the Beauty Brands website feedback form. The only email I got from your customer service email stated someone from the ***** store would be contacting me. I wrote back, saying I’d prefer to speak to a district or regional manager or someone at the corporate level, because the ***** store’s management IS the problem. Nothing there in my experience has improved in the 3 years since I was there last week.

      I’ve still not been contacted by anyone at Beauty Brands directly to discuss my experience.

      I was finally contacted by someone at the corporate level and she indicated that efforts will be made to address the problems at the ***** store. I hope that some true changes can happen and make for some real improvements at that location, since these issues are longstanding. As the rep indicated here, she suggested the type of product to me that I had been seeking when I visited the store originally and was ignored.

      On January 13th I ordered (5) cans of **** ******* Hairspray from Beauty Brands in the amount of $57.92. "Your order number is: ********** Please save your order number for future reference. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at ************** We look forward to serving you again." I called them at the number listed and left a voicemail for them to call me back regarding the status of the order since it has been more than the 7-14 days that shipment was to be made. I also emailed them from their site and did not receive a reply within the posted 24-48 hours. After no response I checked the BBB site and found they had numerous complaints against them. I was shocked and feel I have been duped. I also noted that after a complaint was filed action had been taken by the company. This is my hope, that either my money will be refunded or the product shipped.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The package has indeed been delivered.  I was waiting for shipment notification that I did not receive.

      I placed an order on Dec.8th 2021. I received an email that it was out on Dec 9th 2021. But never received a tracking numberfpr my box. I reached out 2weeks later, because I never received it. And was told that my box was delivered on Dec. 15th. Again, I have no product and no refund. I cant even get ahold of any in the customer service department, I get a recording. I've emailed and left messages with customer service hoping to talk to someone. Not just a computer.

      Beauty Brands Customer Service is currently working remotely due to the COVID numbers spiking.  We have had correspondance with this customer and have Filed a claim with ***** and are replacing/reshipping the order.  Please see copy of our latest corespondance below.

      Made a purchase on October 21, 2021 with Beauty Brands with a total cost $54.34. I realized a few hours that I didn’t want the items and tried to contact the company before my items shipped and no tracking#. I tried calling numberous times that day as well as the last couple of days. But every time I call it just rings and rings. I left a voicemail and no response. I even emailed and no response. I finally found a different email and received a response that unfortunately the items had already shipped. (had they answered me this would t have happened) Which I explained in an email that I didn’t want the items and asked how I can return them to get a refund? *** responded and told me that she could send me the return information. I replied with another email and asked for this information. *** then emailed me back and told me that she would get her supervisor involved. I then emailed again and asked why? That I just wanted the return information. I never received a response.

      Thank you for getting back to me so quickly regarding my complaint with Beauty Brands. I just received an email today regarding the shipment and it looks like they finally decided to send me a return label so I can get my refund. I believe this may only be because of the fact that I contacted the BBB. If for some reason I do not get my refund I will contact you again.
