    Order placed on 12/11/23 with batteryoperatedcandles.net, which is listed here as Moving Flame Candles with same address. Item received became defective in 2 days. Called company on 12/13/23 and reached customer support, and they said they would send me an email with return instructions by end of day. That email never came, and was not in my Junk mail or Spam folder. I emailed the company a few days later using their website's email page, and waited days for a response. I called the company back a few days later from the email and left information for them to call me back. When I call now, no one answers the phone, so I am at the point they are for some reason avoiding me.

    I was directed to call the local BBB office of the region this business is in, ***** *** ************* **** *****

    I have been leaving voicemails at this extension for ***** to call me back, for a couple of weeks now, and she never calls back.

    I want this complaint ID# ******** cancelled, as I received my refund without knowing it was there due to no communication from this business.

    Why is it so hard to get someone to cancel this ID#??????

    It is a shame this local BBB office does not function well!
