    Kim is a true professional, and has helped us a few times. One piece of advice, don't tell her you are ready to go unless you are. If you give her the thumbs up, you will have reservations almost immediately. She is absolutely on top of her game.....Thanks Kim

    We have used them for several trips and have always been pleased. They expose us to options we weren't previously aware of or didn't have time to research ourselves. Even though we travel a lot on our own, they take the stress and hassle out.

    Cruise Holidays of Kansas City makes planning a vacation exceedingly easy. We just recently returned from our 1 year wedding anniversary trip, ranting about how easy this company made everything! Having a knowledgeable representative on all sorts of vacation locations was super especially since we really didnt know where we wanted to go. We were giving burnout options within our budget/timeline and from there we were able to choose one, then go! Highly recommend this company for any future vacation/trip needs!

    My family can't say enough about the expert service and attention to every detail provided by the Cruise Holidays staff. We have used their services since early **** - over 30 years - booking at least one couple or family trip each year. We already have two trips booked for ******************************************** ****! I would say our favorite thing is traveling with industry experts (I think they've won the national award from their headquarters every year for over 30 years) and positively knowing we won't be disappointed. We couldn't be happier - we would give them a 10 but the five star review is all we can give. Highly recommend for cruise and land travel!

    Phenomenal work by Cruise Holidays! My wife and I had an amazing trip and couldn't have done it without the great work of this team. They took care of everything and ensured we were in position to have a great time. Can't wait to use them again.

    We've used Cruise Holidays now for a couple major trips. In 2019 they recommended an amazing river cruise for our anniversary. They talked us through all the options, their recommendations and everything we needed to know. We had such a great experience with them on that trip that as soon as the Covid restrictions lifted we booked another river cruise with them this year. It was one we normally wouldn't have considered but turned out to be some of the most beautiful countries we've visited in **************. We're excited to use them again for next year's trip. They have a wide knowledge globally of places to visit, land packages and tons of great cruise lines whether it's river or ocean. We also know that they have relationships with hotels and cruise companies all over the world so they can personally recommend them. On top of that, their staff is super friendly and has been everywhere in the world we'd want to go so they can give the best recommendations.

    Terrible customer service. They use third parties for booking purposes. If you run into problems, your on your own. We ran into an overcharge at a hotel that we booked through Cruise Holidays. Since a third party booked the reservations, no one, including the hotel, would talk to us because of privacy issues. Cruise Holidays did nothing to help us even though we booked through them. After filing in small claims court, I contacted the BBB. They did a wonderful job of contacting the Hotel and presenting our case. The Hotel found the error and refunded our $1250.00. We withdrew our small claims petition since the BBB resolved the case.

    ******* is doing a terrific job! The cruise line, for humanitarian reasons, rescheduled our cruise. That means ******* is having to redo many things and keep track of how money is being spent. She's been up-to-date with information and checking to see everything will be as we planned.
