              I have contacted this company multiple times since last year and now my insurance agency has done the same. The only bill I receive is an intent to cancel with a 25.00 late fee. In the last few months my agent said they would disregard the recent late fee but not the past ones and correct the billing. It has not been corrected and I still get only the late bill with the late fee. When I have called in the past I was told they have my information so I must be getting something. This has been ongoing since last year. I feel a year of there late fees refunded would wake someone up over there. Can you contact them because they don't seem to respond to me or my agent.

              If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible company to deal with. Claim the post office delays their mail - 32 days from the invoice date. They do it to get late payments accessed. Ridiculous fees. Horrible on the phone, although some decent employees- that I feel sorry for. CRAP COMPANY - I CANT TELL ENOUGH PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
