    If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars, I would… Horrible company and even worse customer service! Our builder used Buckner’s for our HVAC system back in 2022. We’ve been paying for filters and were under the impression the company was changing the filters during our service appointments for 2 years now (4 visits total), only to discover the original filter still in the furnace (we had written the date on it when we first changed it ourselves after the build process). It makes us wonder what other services they said they were providing didn’t happen despite their word??? We have called and emailed customer service numerous times about this concern since December 1st, 2024, and now, 6 weeks later, we have still not gotten it resolved or even a simple apology. Do not promise something is being done and not do it … even worse … do not charge the customer for a service and not provide it … that is fraud! When a customer advises you of an issue, do what is right to correct it and, at the very least, apologize for the inconvenience.

    Had been doing business with Buckners now 15+ years. Ownership changed and unfortunately I will never be using them again. 2023 they diagnosed a bad TXV (~$1000), ended up that wasn't the issue and then replaced a compressor (~$1800) - got no credit for the initial misdiagnosis. Mind you this is on a new York system installed only 5 years prior by Buckner. 2024 no cooling again at this unit, diagnosis was bad coil. I had a 2nd group come out, they quickly find a major failure at the weld between the coil and the compressor. Buckner charged $900 for this 2024 diagnosis that was incorrect again and I then paid another $1000 to the new company to fix of which Buckner refuses to pay (the compressor was under warranty). I refused to pay and now they prefer to resolve this via court and AR companies vs admit their mistake. Take your business elsewhere where folks are honest and fair.

    I am writing to file a complaint against Buckner regarding the complete air and heating unit I purchased from them in June 2021 for over $11,000. Recently, I encountered an issue with the unit not cooling properly. I contacted Buckner, and an appointment was scheduled for July 2. A technician came out, inspected the system, and informed me there was a leak somewhere in the system. They said a leak check would need to be performed, which was done, but they were still unsure about the exact location of the leak. The technician also told me that the TXV was faulty and needed to be replaced. When I asked if this was covered under warranty, they confirmed it was but mentioned that I would still have to pay a certain amount at a discounted rate. Later that evening, I received an estimate for over $1,000 via email, which included an option for me to accept the estimate. I was not comfortable with the estimate and decided to call the next day to ask some questions. The person who answered the phone informed me that the lady I needed to speak with was busy but would call me back later. I agreed, but I never received a call back. I had already paid $100 for the service call, $150 for the leak search, and $195 for 2.5 pounds of refrigerant. Despite these payments, I did not receive satisfactory service or a follow-up call. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I decided to use another company. Their technician identified a different part as the issue, ordered it under warranty, and successfully replaced it. I am now pleased to report that my unit is functioning correctly, and I have cool air again. This entire process with Buckner took three weeks to resolve, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. I cannot recommend Buckner to anyone based on my experience. Sincerely, Henry Ward

    We are a new construction situation. Plumbing was excellent. Heating and cooling has been a terrible experience. They came to assess what we needed/wanted. Mini-splits with a large upstairs unit was the best fit for or home. They came through and installed a large unit in an upstairs attic space before drywall for ease of access, and also delivered the mini-split units, line sets and outdoor unit among other things. Then, We scheduled 4 weeks in advance for them to come back install the rest of the mini splits on 8/21/2023 once the drywall was installed and house cleaned up. 2 techs came out on 8/21 stating the men that had started the job no longer works with ******. The techs didn't seem to know what was going on or how install a mini split, which the company sells. With all materials already delivered, they put a few holes in the drywall(to be epected) however, one hole was drilled directly into the side of a stud, which didn't make sense as it was for a drain line that was already in the wall, then they hung a few templates.. for which, they didn't even use a level... They then stated they needed parts from their shop. It is now 8/25/23, my husband has called and left messages and no one has gotten back to us. This is something, under our understanding, should have been done in a day or two. I wouldn't recommend.

    ****** installed the furnace and did a great job. Couldn't be happier.This week reparied the ** unit in very short time in the middle of all the heat. These are good people and I recommend them completely.

    Extremely helpful both from the customer service & the ****** technician/plumber.The plumber answered my questions during the installation & even checked my current water heater.I was very pleased with the service.

    ***** was very professional & took me step by step through my fall furnace and humidifier checkup. I felt very comfortable with his process & felt he was very informative and answered all my questions and explained what he was doing & why. He is a definite asset to ******.

    I have used them 4 times so far, 2 for warranty repair and a spring/fall check and tune. So far their service has been on time and no upsale or other nonsense.

    Very dishonest. Presented a **** for what they said was needed for my cooling system to function properly for over $3000. Had a second opinion that stated nothing needed to be done and the system has functioned flawlessly
