    **** ****** told me he could install a mini split AC/Heater at **** *********. After paying him he agreed to have it complete by November 23 2023. The job ran over several months. I grew frustrated. He told me he was having personal issues but so I gave him multiple chances. This became extremely stressful for me. After getting it installed, he could never get it to work properly. I finally told him to give me the paperwork and never contact me again as he was causing me much undo stress. He would never send me the paperwork so I could get another technician to fix it under warranty. Finally I reached back out and he pulled his act of telling me he would go fix it. I lost several months of a renter do to his neglect. He again didn't fix it. We finally had a technician fix the drain line but he didn't want to work on the units without paperwork. I installed a window unit so the new tenant could be comfortable. **** claims there were several issues and at one time talked about giving me my money back. I have emailed him requesting a refund and I have left voicemail and text. He will not respond or pick up his phone when I call. I will settle for the cost of the unit and labor being refunded. If this is not agreed to I will not limit it to the cost of the unit and labor
