This company started calling me unsolicited on a Sunday morning. I never picked up. I blocked their numbers 7 times that day but they keep calling with a different number. Incredibly annoying and unwanted. Lowest possible rating 0 stars.

The online advertisement states that you can compare plans online. That doesn't appear to be correct -- at least they didn't send me anything online before calling me, and it was too much work in the call to see if they would ultimately send me the info electronically. I submitted my name, phone, a date of birth that was not too far off from my real date of birth (wasn't sure they were legitimate), and email. Within one minute I received a call. The woman did not agree to send me online information about the Medigap plan I asked for (G and N). I told her I was very busy. She offered to call back; I said I would prefer to receive the info online. She kept resisting. I finally said "take my number off of your list" and the woman said "fine, I don't want to (work with you or help you, I'm not sure which) anyway." Why does this company have an A+ rating with complaints like this and the others I read on the BBB website? Thanks. I'm submitting this for BBB and potential customers. 1 starThe agent was "looking for a fight". I asked a simple, honest question - he misunderstood but rather than trying to get understanding he started berating me and telling me that he was just trying to help and then threatened me saying if I didn't want his help he was going to have to hang up! I have never interacted with a salesman that had so little people skills in my life. Glad we ended the call!!Review fromMarie N

This morning I opened my computer to a letter thanking me for choosing United Medicare Advisors as my new Medicare provider.---I had not chosen them, had not even made an inquiry to them, and had no inclination to change providers. I was aware from the beginning it was probably "fishing" and not legitimate, but phone calls ensued. I was curtly told I would receive a call re: my complaint to UMA, but additionally had to make calls to my legitimate provider in an attempt to protect myself. I finally received an email stating the original was generated in error, but this practice must be stopped. A lot of concern and time in resolving was expended. I would issue 0 stars if it was an optionUnited Medicare Advisors

1 starSpring Venture Group, LLC A.K.A United Medical Advisors hired an agent that caused undue stress and strain on my husband. Minutes after being mistreated by the agent, my husband who was 64 years old died of an embolism. The agent would not cancel the policy, which she was able and legally required to do and attempted to guilt my husband into keeping the plan for myself. When her attempts to keep them in the plan failed, she refused to cancel the plans. After his death. it took several hours to get a Customer Feedback Coordinator on the phone to cancel the plan. A week later and we still have not received confirmation of cancelling. All we have received was the business card and plan information for the agent that harassed my husband right before his passing. My son made an attempt to resolve our issue directly with Spring Venture Group, LLC and they have made no attempt to reach out to us regarding this incident other than a "promise" to cancel the policy. Be very careful when dealing with this company, they have shown me that although the business is medical care for the elderly, they only care about their money even if someone dies moments after being wrongfully stressed be their agents.Review fromTom B

This Company "United Medicare Services" is Fraud and not related to the Government Medicare. They Call at least 5 times a day With Spam Harassing phone calls, sometimes even leave a message. They use a different phone number each time. So it is not feasible to have your phone company (AT&t) Blocking of this type of Spam. HELP ??United Medicare Advisors

I was contacted by these folks and told I had to get. Plan N or G and then also a Plan D. No mention of Medicare Advantage plans at all. None. These guys are railroaders for the insurance companies. Do yourself a favor and contact a provider that offers Medicare Advantage plans like United Healthcare. These guys are not looking out for you. They just want to sell you a plan. I am more than unhappy with them. Lost thousands.United Medicare Advisors

After reviewing 4 separate agencies, I settled on United Medicare Advisors, based on the agent, *******************, who did "make it simple", compared to the other agencies I interviewed. Medicare was such a difficult and complex topic for me, so it was a relief to have **** guide me through the process.United Medicare Advisors
