Cement edging installed July 2022. Edging cracked, color mismatch and mowing co chipped it. Email from *** ******* on 11/3/2023 documented corrective actions. Targeted spring 2023 for corrective action to be completed. Beginning in April 2023 I have sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails to see when work may be completed. I haven’t received any response or acknowledgment from The Sharper Edge except once they did tell me their truck broke down. Several neighbors have used this company and haven’t needed any follow up service. Which is why I chose them. The company was responsive prior to installation. I paid $4,112.93 on 7/12/22 at completion of installation. ******* ******* ******** *** * ***** ** ****** ***** ** ***** ************

I am actively working to resolve this issue.  The damage that was done by the lawn mowing company is the bigger issue. I've been out to the site twice in the last month trying to mitigate the damage.  I have reached out to the customer and am working to schedule a date to replace the edging.

I did have several mitigating factors between extended illness (myself for 2 months with a bad lung infection and a key employee for almost 3 weeks due to covid) and mechanical failures that put us behind on resolving this.  I anticipate getting this resolved next month.
