    On July 8, 2023, I was dog-sitting at a neighbor's house when my key to enter would not work, The key would go into the lock, but the locked seemed jammed. I called the homeowners who contacted this business to come for a simple lock-out. It took over an hour and a half for the locksmith to arrive, despite multiple calls from the homeowners. He stated he was at another job to the owners on the phone, but when he arrived and I asked if he had been at busy at a previous appointment, he said no. He did not check my identification (which is an issue as I was NOT the homeowners) and made me answer a call from the homeowners when they were calling him again to find out if he had arrived, after he was about to ignore the call. I believe he was aware there were dogs inside needing to be let out and created a delay so as to add a sense of urgency to more easily pressure the homeowners and myself into needing to drill out and replace the lock. I informed him I believed I had the right key, but it was getting stuck and I wondered if it was due to humidity. He barely attempted the key and told me that locks "don't get stuck due to weather." He indicated he needed to try the back and took approximately 40 minutes to get it open (which is far longer than it would take any locksmith to open locks). He kept stopping and telling me he could drill and replace the lock and that would be quicker. I've since found out that drilling open a lock and lock replacement is LAST RESORT. As there was an older dog that absolutely needed to get out and 40 minutes of unsuccessful attempts on his end to open the lock, we finally were forced to let him drill and replace the lock. He did so and replaced the lock with a flimsy $15 lock. He then charged $407.00 for bogus charges over ****** Come to find out, ]the key I had the entire time worked. I have attempted to contact the business to resolve this issue but have been unsuccessful. I would like a refund of my money as I feel this was a scam.

    They made me a key and tried to make me a key fob but we’re unsuccessful and upon trying to make the key fob the technician messed up the computer in my car. My doors won’t lock or unlock with the key anymore. My clock also stopped working. I have called them several times about the issue and they refuse to fix the problem and deny that I was a customer.

    Hyundai and Kia cars don't have chips in the keys, so we couldn't create a new fob.

    We told him we couldn't complete the job. We made a key, but not the fob, so we only charged $125.00 for the new key instead of the $240.00 for  key and fob.

    I am rejecting this response because my computer to my car was damaged during the attempt to make a new key fob. I want it fixed like it was before the lock smith messed it up.
