Had the company out to look at my cooktop, said they had to order the parts I paid for the parts that we’re going to be ordered as well as the service call. I was receiving messages saying there’s a supply chain back up and the email stopped within a few months ago and I cannot get anybody to call me back. Email me back or respond to the website. I spent over $500 and would just like my money back at this point but I can’t get anyone to contact me.

This was such a bad experience with them. I should have looked at reviews before I scheduled them to come out so I could have saved myself the hassle. 12/26/22 - left email at *****************, stating I called and left a voicemail, messaged them through their website and was now sending an email in hopes of scheduling an appt for a repairman to come look at our Kitchenaid Oven - NO response 12/31/22 - Scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on Jan 16th, this was done through their website on my own. I thought ok, maybe this is how the company does business (only online) I did receive an automated email back confirming the appt and said we would receive a call between 8-9:30am the morning of the appointment. 1/16/23 - 9:56am - Call to At Your Service to see what was going on. I stayed home waiting on a phone call between 8-9:30am 1/16/23 - 10:28am - Call from Technician that he would be there within the hour. 1/16/23 - Technician came and determined it was a fried motor and an open line in the hall effect sensor. Hall Effect Sensor and Cooling Fan needs replaced. Charged me $129.99 for this diagnosis. 1/16/23 - 11:54am - Automated email sent that said “We are sorry our technician was unable to complete your repair today. Please be assured, here at the office, we'll be doing all we can to expedite a fast turnaround.” Then it gave me a link to check on the status. 1/20/23 - 1:50pm - call to At Your Service to see what progress is being made or not, a lady answered the phone and said she would see what she could do to expedite a response. When I check the link it was telling me that the parts needed to be approved by the manager. 2/14/23 - Still NO response from At Your Service about the parts approval or anyone to let me know what is going on 2/14/23 - Complaint to the BBB for a refund of the service fee charged, I've been without an oven because of their negligence in fixing or even contacting me about this repair
