DYES is one outstanding company! They are expert at what they do and their customer service skills are phenomenal. Honest, ethical, and very knowledgeable in their line of work. Very reasonable pricing. I would trust no other appliance repair business. They even educate you on what the problem was, what they did to fix it, and how to prevent in the future. Love this place!

The co-owner of the company ***************** Came to my house look at the problem I was having with my oven. In the process, he shorted out my dishwasher that apparently runs off of the same electrical feed. I know this because I was standing right next to him when I heard an audible zap, the lights flickered and then my dishwasher started smoking. He claimed that what he did not affect the dishwasher, but as my dishwasher worked perfectly fine before he showed up I was obviously a bit skeptical. He told me that my gas oven was beyond repair. I decided to get a second opinion today, and what we discovered was that not only did he fry the circuit board on my oven he also stole the igniter that was in the oven previously. From what the Maytag/Whirlpool repair person indicated, ********** shorting out my oven is probably what fried the electrical board. Also, he could not believe that a repair man would take a part home, even if you thought the oven was beyond repair. I guess since ********** didnt charge me *********** fee, that everything was hunky-dory. Now I get to spend well Im guessing its close to $2000 to replace My oven and now dishwasher. I would not recommend ever calling this company.
