As a health buff I've always been trying out different meal preps. So far, I've been with Flexpromeals for over a year and though it is not perfect, I can always rely on them that my meals arrive weekly and whenever I need assistance I just text Ailen. I found this company on Facebook and have been wanting to try a new meal prep business, so I opted for them since I would get a hefty discount to try out their meals. I placed my first order on Thursday (4-10-25) and excitedly awaited it's arrival. It was delivered to my house Wednesday afternoon (4-16-25) and then I unexpectedly got ANOTHER charge for the exact same set of meals at their normal price ($200+) on the exact same day. I did not realize I was on a "subscription" so I had no clue I would be charged on the same day as my delivery before I even had a chance to try any of their meals. I IMMEDIATELY emailed customer support (literally 15 mins after being charged) asking to cancel the order and my subscription, but they responded the next day saying they are unable to cancel my order and could only give me credit for my next order. Absolutely not, I will NOT be ordering from this company ever again due to this experience. I am now out $200+ that was going to go to my car payment, and there is no option to cancel my supposed subscription. Terrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would.Flexpro Meals
