    We have been using acelleus for 2 years. We have had issues with the technical side of the courses they offer. However, the biggest issue has been the support side. It seems that only one person runs the department and they rarely respond in time and if they do it is not helpful. I can go on and on about the issues. The program is good; however, their lack of customer support is a nightmare similar to complaints you hear about companies that keep you on hold for hours and you end up getting no support in the end. You send transcripts to them and you’re told they have been processed 7 days later and to check in Acellus. However, there is nothing. When you send them an email you then wait for a response for the next 10 days.

    My kids had so many issues with the platform. Their English work was constantly erased while they were trying to finish it, and they had to restart it multiple times. We couldn't redo any of the assignments, as advertised. And the help desk never helped us. I canceled it due to issues, but went back to see an assignment and saw that my access to their platform was removed even though I had paid for the entire month already. Terrible service and so much disrespect. I really wish this could have worked out as I love the idea of taking their AP courses. I will have to find another resource.

    Thriving and getting ahead without all of the fillers! Classes are great for our son. He enjoys school. The few times he has not quite gotten the concept, he has had support and extra help to keep learning and moving forward.

    We recently switched to Acellus from Time4Learning due to the extreme lack of customer service, missing content, and many technical issues with the platform. Acellus has been AMAZING so far! It's on a whole other level than T4L, be it at more than double the price. This has been a clear example of you get what you pay for. If you're in the market for a homeschool program, I'd highly advise you to give Acellus a shot. You won't regret it!

    So thankful for Roger Billings and his team. After pulling my son from a disastrous 6th grade year at our local school. We were able to get up and running quickly, and he has been more engaged this 7th grade year than I could have hoped for. It has unlocked several different levels of learning and his desire to explore has returned. One of the greatest advantages is their "Vectored learning", which in a nutshell puts him into the level he is capable of learning and passing at. It can seem like a demotion at first, but now he strived to stay ahead of vectored instruction, and excel. It's become a real motivator for him. Not only has it changed our school lives, but our home life has improved as well. The siblings have all commented on how much better life is now that he is in Acellus. I have really enjoyed the teachers as well as the material, I have learned a few new things as well! Thank you Acellus!!!
