Do I even have to give them a star they got to be the most worthless management company I’ve ever seen in my life. They just do as they choose to. Do they give you no notification that they’re coming out to do anything. They just do what they pleased I would never hire them to do a damn thing oh my God worst management company I’ve ever seen. 1 star is being nice. They refused to fix my ac in 100+ temps cause it was "too late in the season". Right before the ac went out the garage door went out, too. Toom Them 2 weeks to send someone to look at the garage door and 2 weeks for them to provide a dirty window unit.. Took them 6 months to send someone out again in the spring, after i had to call multiple times to request this, and 3 weeks after that and multiple phone calls to get them to fix the ac cause they didnt want to replace the entire furnace at that point. I had paid my rent in advance for a few months, through August and never did they tell me they planned on NOT renewing my lease. I had to show up after they were not returning my Calls or emails for maintenance. There was no one in the office, 1 person, who was new was there e. Everyone else had QUIT!!! It was then they informed me they weren't renewing my Lease per owner, without explanation. Never sent me an email and the "letter" they sent was post marked AFTER I was in the office and was crumbled. I also had to argue with them to let me stay the extra month i had paid past my initial lease, cause they originally not going to let me stay abs not return that money. Horrible management company. Then they also tried charging me for "damages" that were there when i moved in and documented with the pictures from the move in inspection, by the company themselves. Tried charging me with bunch random things that were never apart if my lease etc. And the ******* policy is a joke and scam. That" security deposit " they split up over a monthly fee for the term of your lease, but they still try charge you beyond that t for damanges and it continues PASt the original lesse term, so they are getting more from you but will still try charge you crazy for un necessary things when you move .Review from Denise D

Just moved out a month ago and got hit with a repairs list of almost 3000$. They just painted over imperfections to rent and make home liveable and on the move out day they sent a certified inspector. On the move in walk through they sent a real estate agent who basically showed me the house and didn't even walk to the basement. A couple days later a guy showed up to my door and asked to get access to basement. Well he installed beams to hold the floor from caving in. The list includes gutter repairs, wall repairs which are damages due to foundation issues. It took them a month to install the **** unit. We had to rent an ac window unit because the heat was unbearable. I worked from home at the time. The list goes on everything in that home is old and with every tenant that goes in something will break. Maintenance will take forever to put a bandaid on it and when the tenant moves out they will charge them to replace it. Someone needs to do something to stop these people. They take advantage of people in need of a home.Review from Ronda S

This company is horrible! They took over a lease from another company and it was a nightmare! Repairs take forever or they put a bandaid on it. Oh and they have yet to refund my deposit. They are trying to make me pay for normal wear and tear. Rent was always paid on time. When you call them it's hard to get a live person on the phone. The A/C went out and it still had not been fixed when I moved out. I would not recommend them to anyone!Review from Joanna M

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! I wish I had read the reviews on them as property managers in **** before renting from them. They are SO rude when you have to talk to the girl in charge of maintenance, they never fix things, then don't know the details of the properties they oversee as far what what utility company provides services to which house so they tell you the wrong ones to set up services before you move in (you have to provide confirmation numbers in order to get the keys to the house)... The house we moved in to was supposed to be "move in ready" and the refrigerator had mold and mouse p*** all over the inside as well as all the shelves were broken so we couldn't even put food in it once we cleaned it, the oven was so nasty on the inside we didn't want to put food in it, the gutters clearly hadn't been cleaned out in over a year, basically everything was installed backwards (doors, closet shelves, etc), every closet collapsed as soon as we hung something up, the walls are painted with primer instead of paint so it shows EVERY little thing, there were no air filters in the hvac system, light switches went to nothing, lights didn't work because they had cut the wires to replace fixtures in the ceilings and just thrown the fixture up without connecting them to anything, there was trash ALL OVER the back yard... the list goes on and on. I would never rent from them, nor would I hire them as a property manager. BEWARE RENTERS AND HOME OWNERS! I wish there was a way to give negative star ratings... total slum lordsReview from Gotti G

Worst company ever they violate tenant laws ALL THE ***** Someone needs to shut this place down. Not fixing anything on the properties and leaving tenets without working bathrooms,ac units etc. They do not care and you will have to take them to small claims.Review from JC G

I have been renting from this company for one year. I have always been on time to pay my rent and have never been late. My problem is that I have had maintenance issues I have always made sure I fill out a maintenance request and follow up with a telephone call to make sure that the request had been received. Upon doing this, my request for maintenance issues in my home has taken over 2 to 3 weeks to get resolved. I have an issue right now when the ceiling in my kitchen has a big hole in it from water leaking from the roof during all the rain we had a couple of months ago. I reported this incident and also provided pictures showing the hole in my kitchen ceiling. I have called and called and called and every time I get the same answer that maintenance has been contacted and will call me. I have not heard from them at all. It has been over 3 weeks. Before you know it, rent will be due on the first of the month and nothing has been done to repair the hole in my kitchen ceiling. I am sure that will want their rent money but cannot repair the issues that I am experiencing. It is an eye sore to have to walk into your kitchen and see this massive hole in your ceiling. I am tempted to get an attorney and file a lawsuit regarding same. It's said when you have to come to this to get an issue resolved. Which will cost me money to do and miss days from work trying to settle this in Court.Review from Brian C

Renters for over two years. Maintenance requests piled up starting day one on our move in ready property. Plumbing fixes that were mere bandaids to the problem creating multiple other issues. Leaking foundation into our basement. Privacy fence literally blown over by wind and a storm. Two months waiting for repairs. Main bathroom tub/shower needs fixed, going on a month and a half now. Communication is strongly lacking with not only maintenance but the over all management. Doesnt matter if you call, their automated line will just take your message and get ignored. Text line is virtually pointless. Just collects and never gets responded to. Email?? Yeah tried that too. Well over ************************** over two years. 9 of which are at the minimum of two months old. Oldest order is over a year. Waste of time, money, and space. How they stay in business for slum lord owners is beyond me.
