11 out of 10 stars! Eduardo and his crew were very professional, efficient, and considerate. They completed two projects for me so far. The first was a fence installation. They removed and cleaned up the backyard and completed the project in 1 day! The second project was an attic conversation into a new bathroom. Demo, new frame work, new plumbing, new electrical, reinforcing the floor and rafters, etc. They used quality materials and gave me options to pick from. They worked with me on my choices of showers, vanities and toilets. I have pets and they were aware of their presence and was mindful of their wellbeing. Aside from some inventory issues from Home Depot (out of our control), Eduardo and his crew worked around those issues and kept me in the loop. They patched up and matched paint, inside and out. The project was completed in 9 days! I can't thank 504 Home Remodeling enough for a smooth construction process.

I was not able to hire this company as their quote for the scope of work was $25000, to which 3 other contractor (all A+ BBB rating) quotes were below $7000. They wanted to charge me more than 3 times. If you get a quote from this company, make sure you get other quotes before hiring them.504 Home Remodeling & Repair

Unfortunately I did not have the pleasure to meet you, I met your husband he is the one who requested an estimate from us. Based on what he requested; Electrical, plumbing, drywall installation, finish and sanding, carpentry, trim work, sink installation, toilet installation, door installation, baseboard installation, wall shelf around the perimeter installation for ******************** we came out with the quote that was sent to you. You are not in the obligation to accept an estimate from us. The only thing that we can guarantee you is our quality work, unfortunately we cannot guarantee you that you will agree with our price. I am pretty sure that there are a lot of other companies or handymen that they will be wiling to accept your project for $7,000 as you mentioned, but no us.
