    It was a complete disaster with this company have the hardest time getting a hold of anybody even though I have a direct number to somebody. Every time I try to call this guy he doesn't answer or he'll tell me he'll call me back what she never does. When the installers were installing it they did not install it properly the first time so or when we had the inspection the inspector shut it off. They came out and fix it real fast but did not turn it back on. Then went to go follow our taxes which we were told we would get a 15 grand back in tax credit. Then that tax credit would have to be paid to the finance company to keep our bill low and I am still paying a regular electric bill and the for the panels which I was told that the solar panels would cancel out my electric bill which it hasn't yet. And I had these installed in August of 2024. I've tried calling emailing on so many occasions to speak with to somebody but no one is ever there to answer the phones. I've left voicemails and no response. So I find this company completely unreliable and a complete scam cuz I've tried to contact them multiple times in the person's number I have direct pretty much ignores me so I'm trying to figure out how to go about either having the solar panels removed from my home and killing the finance on them or getting this company to reimburse me the money I've put towards the electric bill over the last several months.

    You can not get a hold of these people. There was alot of communication at the beginning of this project but once the panels were installed in November and never another word about turning them on. In first part January I called and left messages because they don't answer their phone. I sent emails with no response until I told them I was tired of being ignored and filing a complaint with BBB. That's when I was informed (January 17th) that my system was ready to turn on on December 10th. I was told I would not have to make a payment on the panels for at least 2 months so the panels had time to work and my payment for panels and my electric bill would not hit in same month. Here we are coming up to March i have a regular electric bill plus my solar bill and they refuse to pay. Wish I done my research better because this is NOT the company you want to do business with. Now I'm just hoping these panels will eventually pay for themselves we will see in April.

    Overall, our experience was good. There were a few hiccups, but that's construction. Ecovole made everything right in the end and we're extremely pleased with our experience. I'm reading a lot of 5 star and 1 star reviews, which doesn't seem fair for what they have to do to take this project to completion. We had a few calls that were missed, however, we always received a response from the support email. Just throwing that out there.

    My solar panels have been sitting outside on the street in front of my house for a month. Installation date was set for December 3, but no one showed up. I’ve tried to contact the company by email and calling but no one has answered me. I’m ready to give them back before someone hits them driving by.

    They don’t call back to service their products. I bought a 40,000 dollar solar system from them. It’s. Impossible to reach them by phone and my emails seem to go into the Abyss. I wouldn’t buy from again.

    Service is terrible. We had the system set up and was not able to see the information on production from the panels. We had hard wired internet to where the solar panel box was. They did send someone out to look at system and told us we needed a cellular kit. Took the neps system and we can’t get a hold of anyone to help us out. I’ve called and emailed for two weeks with no response. I would leave no stars but 1 is the minimum.

    i would not recommend this company for solar. i had some panels before then they installed some more now they are not working either and trying to get a hold of them is useless they dont answer are return your phone calls either

    I was asked to give the company feedback and this was my feedback: Maybe the solar company itself is good, but the outsourcing needs to be REALLY reevaluated. I have contracted many companies over the years for things as large as home additions to gutter guards and I have never had all the issues i had with your company and the outsourcing you do. I spent month begging to get things done i was promised! It was too stressful and disappointing. I was ignored by many via text and voicemails, very unprofessional. We started the solar journey, the First part of july and everything promised wasn't finished until mid October...unacceptable.

    So on the 29th of August my solar system stopped working. After 4 days of trying to contact someone I findly got a call back. We ran a test on the inverter and he determined the inverter was the problem. The system has only been installed foe 30 months and has a 25 year warranty on parts. I paid almost $60,000.00 for this system and it's not working. I have called sent text messages several times and no one calls back. In 16 days my system will have been down for 2 months and I've used up almost all my surplus I need for the winter. Ecovole sold me the system and is responsible for the warranty. I cannot afford to pay the monthly loan and a full electric bill every month. It was over 6 weeks ago that I've heard from him and I can't get a return call. All I want is someone to call me so I can find out what is a time frame to get my system fixed. If I don't hear anything from someone by next week I'm going to contact the BBB or a lawyer.     My roof is leaking where the panels were installed. I’ve tried to reach Ecovole to have it fixed, but I get no replies!
