      I have placed an order for "THE ARC Bar Mounting Brackets Pair, Bright Finish, (for Curved Shower Rods), Pairs of 12. Priced Each" amounting to USD ****** on August 31, 2024 and got order confirmation HSD ***** from HSD on the same day. As per their website the delivery time is 4-5 days. I have emailed supplier on Sep 10, 2024 requesting status of the shipment. I received a very prompt response same day within 30 minutes stating that their manufacturer has discontinued production of the item, however, they have few dozen pieces in their stock and we are waiting delivery from the manufacturer.Since Sept 13, 2024, I have sent few emails requesting an update on the shipment date, however, as of today, I have not received any response.I have called them few times and left messages, however, no one called back.I don't trust this supplier and need my full refund

      i ordered 2 dozen bath towels from the company Hotel Supplies Depot on Dec 13th, 2021. I still have not recieved them. I asked Paypal for help in Jan 2022. paypal contacted the supplier. The supplier clearly stated they would have the towels in Feb 2022 & they would send them as soon as the towels came in. Since the beginning of March 2022 ive called the Number listed for Hotel Supplies Depot 5 different times, all calls were sent to a voicemail claiming the voicemail box was full. I sent SMS messages as well. I have emailed the company several times all with only 1 response. I am asking for a full refund of the price $156.03. Thank you for taking the time to read this, *****************************
