Blatant discrimination, favoritism, and inconsistent service are what I experienced after over a year renting from this company, specifically *****.

Lebanon Property Management lies about the property they rent and the landlord they back. The property I rented was located at ***** *** ** ******** ** ***** I was told the garage leaks a little, reality every heavy rain the garage totally floods by 3 inches, I was told the house was ready to rent, but in the cabinets when I opened it I found 5 dead mice with maggots stuck to a piece of paper, The refrigerator was not washed or cleaned, shelves were covered in brown sticky junk, and crispers were black with mold. After moving out at the end of the lease they refused to return my deposit of $675.00 when the mower was broken, the landlord was there as we loaded the mower to take to the shop so he moved and charged me $75.00 5 days Oct rent $217.74 Carpet cleaning was $150.00 after we spent 8 hours cleaning the house. replaced air filter $63.00 with 3 new ones next to finance repair toilet $192.50 since it was never fastened to the floor in the first place and fell over when sitting on it. The bill total is $698.24 The landlords are liars like Lebanon Property Management. Work ethics do not exist, they are rude and do not listen to complaints. Never again will I use Lebanon Property Management or their Relator office to buy a home. NO ONE SHOULD Rated as -neg 5

****** and his wife ***** were our tenants and their lease was terminated, legally, at the direction of the property owner. The tenants held over at the property after their termination date, which is the cause for the rent charge for 5 days of October rent. The costs that were charged to their security deposit were well within the owner's legal rights, and were representative of actual costs to get the property back to its previous condition. Carpet cleaning is a set charge that is clearly defined in the lease, which the ********* signed and have a copy of. If necessary, I would be willing so submit photos of the home upon the tenant's move out. I believe pictures would speak for themselves. We are hired by the property owners to manage their property, which is exactly what we have done. Lebanon Property Management does not profit off of withholding tenant's security deposits- in fact, we don't collect a dime of that money. If the tenant moves out under unsatisfactory conditions, the deposit is released to the property owner, as outlined in the tenant's lease. Quite frankly, after witnessing ****** come into our office on SEVERAL occasions demanding us to give him cash to find a new place to live, we would never rent another property to him. Likewise, they are in no shape to purchase a home. I am truly sorry they did not have a good experience with us, but I assure you everything regarding the processing of their security deposit and how procedures were followed, was done in accordance with ******** Landlord-Tenant Law.
