    My wife took her 2023 Crosstrek in for service. We had asked them what service was required based on mileage/time, and were told "Maintenance Package 2", which when we looked on Subaru's website meant oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi point inspection, and cabin air filter change. When they were done with the service, the bill was $300. They had done a brake fluid flush and change at an additional cost of $91 (so they still charged $200 for the basic service), for a car with 16,000 miles! I called every other Subaru dealership service shop in the Kansas City area, as well as several around the country, and not one of them recommended doing this before 30,000 miles. The service manager at Lee's Summit Subaru told me this was based on Subaru's recommendation for "extreme driving conditions", which he said we have around here due to the road salts and cold winters. I talked to a Subaru dealership in New England, where they really do have those conditions, and was told that 30,000 miles is the interval they recommend for this service. We were refunded the $91, but the service manager still insists they were correct in performing this unnecessary and expensive service. And, other dealerships in the area only charge $149 for the service we requested, and got shafted $200 for.

    I bought a used car here. I like the car bit the service team is terrible. Still waiting after 3+ months to get my dash fixed that got scratched all to h*** while they had it.

    Purchased a used car from this dealership. After taking ownership found several safety issues with brakes and tires. Attempted to work with used sales manager to voice my concerns and all the individual wanted to do is tell me how ******** law prevents him from fixing the issue under warranty. I attempted to explain the brake and tire issues and the individual continually talked over me and would not actually address my concerns. I was not seeking a warranty repair but I was seeking a solution between myself as the customer and them as the sales organization for a good customer service outcome. I could see I was getting nowhere in this conversation so I ended it only to be called back later in the day by this person to pick up where they left off and to ask me if I was asking them to break the law. That accusation is not tolerable. The point of this review is to point out that anyone that purchases a vehicle from this establishment should have a 3rd party verify the safety of the vehicle as their safety checks appear to be limited in scope and you could be leaving their dealership like I did with warped rotors, cracked front brake pads and rear tires that look like they were pulled out of a junk yard.
