      We employed OKM to complete a bathroom addition on our newly purchased home. The project was started July 11th, 2022. At that time a timeline of 4 weeks for completion was established. The project was still not completed 6 months later. A portion of the shower was completed incorrectly and was removed five times before it was completed, to where our bathroom didn’t flood. However, it still leaked. ****r came to our home and agreed the shower door is not the proper one for the application and they need to replace it. They had a sub contractor come out and give a proposal for the proper door. After some back and forth ***** agreed to walk away from the project and pay for the new door to be purchased. We have several text to prove this conversation. After reaching out several times we have yet to receive the monies promised from ****** We have reached out several times with no results. We are asking for $1,700+ 10% for a total of $1,870. We believe this is more than fair for the funds not being received in an appropriate amount of time.

We will get you a refund of 1,700 + 10% once our attorney provides the proper documentation to close this out. We are sorry it has come this far. I know we have done work for you in the passed and you have enjoyed our work and also transforming a closet to a bathroom. I assure we will get this taken care of.

      We expect prompt full payment by Friday, October 27, 2023. If we do not receive, we will take business to small claims court.
