      I have a lease purchase with OTR Leasing LLC. I've had this 2015 freightliner cascadia since 1/2019. The equipment has had some major breakdowns. I have paid over $8000 dollars in repairs in the month of October 2019 alone. I fell behind on payments by 2 months due to breakdowns due to delay on availability of parts to repair. On 09/29/2021 truck broke down on highway in Mesquite Texas. I had to pay $415.00 in a tow bill. Two hoses burst on truck, 2 water hoses. 0n 09/30/2021 My equipment was repossessed by ********* ***** collection representative of OTR Leasing LLC. On 09/30/2021 ********* ***** demands payment of $10486.81. I sent $7000.00 via wire on 10/02/2021. I sent $3486.00 on 10/04/2021. On 10/06/2021 I was charged $330.00 to get my truck from the location they transpoted it to. I sent a payment on 10/20/2021 $1274.00. On 10/25/2021 truck in brokendown again. In need of repairs of $5000.00 plus. I called to request payment arrangement and no answer or call back. I sent OTR Leasing LLC a copy of invoice. On 10/29/2021 i get a call from ********* *****, she states i can't have a payment arrangement because of recent repossession. Then she emails me that because I've been late, I had a recent repo and until I pay 8 weeks on time she will not work with me. I have invested so much money in this truck. I am about $23,946.52 from paying off this equipment. If someone will look at all reviews views ****** ******** and your office the BBB you will see the behavior of this business. I've put too much blood sweat tears money commitment into my business to quit. I would like it if you will do an investigation on this company. If there is any fraud or criminal activity going on in this unethical unfair business practices shut them down. I dont see how they are credited A. I demand proof of a $3500 repossession fee receipt paid. Also where is that in the contract. I look forward to hearing from you. There is more receipts that I dont have on hand, they are in the truck.

      5/20/21 I drove to OTR Missouri to pick up a truck from ongoing communication via phone and email. Never saw the person I spoke with over the phone. But ***** ****** conducted contract at the timed of pick up. I stated to him the LVD and engine light was on at the time. he stated the lights should go off on the drive back to Illinois. Lights never went off. Truck was parked until All licensing and registrations were active. July 2021 truck wouldn't start. I replaced all batteries and informed OTR. Then DEF system shut down, fuse box electrical issue, clutch was not properly working. Informed OTR they did nothing. I spent over $10K to repair a truck that I have not made a penny in profit. I quit my job in Aug to run the truck and couldn't because it wouldn't stay started then ran into all these issues. I've exhausted my savings, and has not worked because of this. I informed OTR leasing and they or warranty will not approve or reimburse repair cost. I have all receipts to prove issues.

      I have had truck for 1 year and never missed a payment until last Friday the 24th and now they want 7400 on the 1st or they will repo truck, I have records showing I never missed one payment and they now will not just let me pay the last payment to make it current. I had received deferments due to truck being down from day I received truck which was on 8/29/20 then went right into shop until mid October which they paid and fixed but I find it wrong and horrible business practice to repo after 1 missed payment when I can pay that now. and reason payment was missed I was dealing with the loss of my mother and which doesn't matter. so just be careful if you get a truck and miss 1 payment.. again I have all my records showing all other payments on time with no issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: The company did not reach out to me after missing the 1 payment on the 24th of September and just told me they can't access my account as they sent it to collections and would not talk to me, and when I reached out to collection all they said was I owed 7,436 and if they didn't have it by october 1st they will repo truck.. they would not accept my missed payment nor would they even discuss the matter.  the only response I received was since I was told if I miss a payment all the deferment would be due but I was never told that, I have all the emails and not once was this ever said to me, I have never seen a business repo something after missing just one payment and when I had said payment a couple days later they wouldn't accept it..

      I am rejecting this response because:until I hear back from them the only resolution they want is 7,436 which I don't have. so if they are working on something else I am unaware of this as I have no been contacted since thursday of last week.

      The day I made my down payment and started driving home, I had to stop 6 times to add coolant, only 133 miles into my drive I had to shut the truck down and burned up all night. Next day got on the phone with OTR leasing and was able to get the truck to a freightliner 45 miles away. Come to find out the EGR cooler was gone well before I even signed the contract for the truck. Yes OTR leasing paid the 3,800 bill but I still had to get a greyhound bus ticket home on my own. Went back to get the truck a week later things were fine until 3 weeks later started to have to do regens every other day as I know for a fact I never idle my truck. Get the truck to another freightliner dealership and the Nox sensor and Dozer box needed replaced, another 5,000 repair in which I had to borrow money to pay for the repairs because the warranty only took care of about 15% of the bill. Now the truck is in the shop again with the injecter cups leaking as I had coolant mixed with my fuel. Almost a 9,000
