  I hired this contractor to work building the retainer wall and he came out to do the job, but 6 months after he did the job the wall started adjusted and I called him to let him know about the wall was going to fall then it finally fell and I been calling him to fix it he told me he would come out to fix and never showed up. Now I can't reach him and he won't answer my calls and messages. I had 2 other contractors to look at it and told me it will fall immediately, so he need to come out to to fix, and will not touch the wall because it will fall over, I want him to come to fix what he done without charge because it is not my fault.

  After we built the wall and did several other projects for ****. I wasn’t contacted as out any issues of the wall until last year in July 2022. We finished the job may 22 of 2020. I told them about the water issues they were having bec the concrete guy they had forgot to hook up gutter spout under the new pad and all the water was beating against the wall I’d say at least 80’ of 6” gutter went to that down spout. I found out last year they had won a lawsuit against the guy doing concrete work. So 2 years later I get a call and still the same water issues as before. We did go over and was started to fix wall until we discovered how the water had created a tunnel from the concrete area the water was coming from before pounding the outside corner. We took about 50 pic I can send over to show what the water was doing. I don’t think it’s right for them to slander my business and work for something that they never got fixed that they knew was a problem. Thanks ***** *******
