              In mid-September 2023, we contracted with ASAP Tuckpointing for tuckpointing work on several areas of our homes exterior. When the work was finished, we noticed that one area included in the bid had not been done. ********, who was lead on the crew, came back at a later time to tuckpoint the omitted area. We later noticed that the mortar used in this last area does not match the mortar used on the rest of the house. The original bid specifies that the mortar will match. We called the office, sent a photo via email, and they scheduled ******** to return to our house to make the repairs on November 7th. On the day of our appointment, we received a call that ******** was delayed at another job, and would be coming by the following day. On the 8th, ******** called to say that he would be late, and would call when he was on his way. We never heard back from him. I waited a few days, and then called the office on the 10th and 14th and left messages, but never heard back. I emailed the office on November 18th and have yet to receive a response. I called again on November 27th and 29th, and left messages with no response.

              My home is 83 years old. It desperately needed tuckpointing done.. ******** came out and looked over our home and gave us options and what he recommended. We ended up getting the entire house tuckpointed and it looks AMAZING. I am so glad that we went with ******** at ASAP. Him and his crew were respectful and were very detailed oriented about their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing tuckpointing done.
