    This company was paid in December to repair my instrument cluster with an intermittent tachometer issue. When the cluster arrived, the tachometer was fixed but all the lights were flashing/strobing rendering the cluster unusable. They somehow damaged my cluster so Ive returned the item to them twice at my own cost only to have them fail to repair it. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee and lifetime warranty.They have only offered to replace the cluster at additional cost. This is unacceptable. They need to repair it as promised , replace it , or refund my payment and return it to me asap so that I may get it repaired elsewhere .

    *** gave me a partial refund of my cost.   

    It wasnt a full refund, nor did it cover my shipping fees and diagnostic costs of their poor workmanship..

    It is satisfactory and better than nothing

    We paid for a service to send my instrument cluster out of my 2003 ****** Pathfinder on January 30, 2025. We sent the cluster to Automotive Circuit Solutions in **********, ********. The work was done and sent by **** on February 10, 2025. The tracking number CB364654397US still shows ACCEPTED at the **** postal office in **********, ** as of Feb 10, 2025 and has not moved since. We are not getting much help from Automotive Circuit Solutions as both myself and my friend ****** who purchased the order, all they told us is they would look into it and get back to us, and no response since. The **** is doing all they can to help us, however the sender being Automotive Circuit Solutions is who they have to deal with, is not being too cooperative at this time. I am not happy in how this was handled as my friend who purchased the service to repair the cluster, we have no idea where the cluster is, or even if it's in **********, ***I have added screenshots and a PDF for this complaint.Please contact me either by email at ********************** or call **************

    They lost my ******** Escalade dash instrument cluster after receiving it 10/7/24. My **** tracking number confirmed delivery. Oct 16th I called and the girl who answered the phone admitted they mailed it to the wrong person and were trying to get it back. She said if they couldn't...they would send me a new part. Here it is Oct 30th and still NOTHING. The company has not contacted me as to what they are going to do. My order says fulfilled (because they mailed it to someone else). The *** tracking label they printed on 10/16 still shows as item not picked up by carrier. I need my vehicle to drive to a medical specialist and get treatment 1.5 hours away but am unable because my ******** Escalade doesn't have a dash instrument cluster. I am a single mom and I simply cannot afford to buy a different cluster (averaging $300-$400) somewhere else. I'm mad and scared because my health is deteriorating and I expected Automotive Circuit Solutions to fix my part and mail it back to me based on their advertisements and reviews.

    I sent them my heater control module for dimm display repair and I got the unit back not working. I plug the module in and the lights turn on with the key out and power off on the car, ********** is on/key on the lights turn off. None of the other buttons function at anytime. Also they are not responding to my email requests.
